Localização somente. Muito próximo de um shopping, do WALMART e da Ross.

Faltou boa vontade da recepcionista em explicar melhor sobre as amenidades do hotel. O estacionamento era pago, mas não era contíguo ao hotel e não havia controle de acesso. O microondas tinha cheiro muito forte de comida queimada. O chuveiro é muito baixo (cerca de 1,60 metros de altura). Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Café da manhã era num restaurante adjacente que tinha convênio com o hotel. O Serviço era a La Carte e não tinha muita opção para crianças.

There were not enough electrical plugs in the room. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom the day they had treated the room for pests.

The hotel location is great: steps away from Ross, Walmart, 0.5 miles to Alo Moana shopping center, 20 mins walk to the great Alo Moana beach. The room was spacious with microwave and a small refrigerator. A separate sink in the room was a bonus. Very clean sheets and towels. Parking available.

The building is old. The bathroom must be upgraded. The bath was stained with dirt. Pillows are very hard, I ended up sleeping on my travel pillow to avoid the neck pain. Only one table chair in the room. Room cleaning happens only once in 4 days, although towels can be changed upon request. Noisy window air conditioner and in general noisy environment outside because of the nearby construction site where the work starts at 4 am.

Room was clean, location is awesome, grounds are kept tidy, breakfast deal is great.

Location! It's conveniently located just few steps away from Ala Moana Center. Walmart is adjacent to the block where Pagoda is and Ross is right across the parking area. You can never go wrong with the location. If you're booking this hotel just to have a place to sleep at night and for your personal care, Pagoda is The perfect fit for your needs!!!

Pagoda is showing its age. It's an older hotel with dated elevator so brace yourself. My room reeked that I had to spray cologne to mask the woody and earthy smell of a very old building.

I cannot complain. It was just good at Pagoda.

I didn't like that I was accused of smoking in my room when I never did. I lived on the island for 23 years I know the laws n I respect them . I came back to visit my home and was treated wrongly. I wanted to extend my stay for 2 more days but was told I couldn't due to smoking in the room. Yet if they would check there cameras I went down stairs every time . Even when I was locked out at 3 am cuz there key cards didn't work right everyday my key card had problems there wasn't a day were it worked right.
