I booked mistakenly on the 19 which should of been the 18t. I tried to cancel but was not allowed causing me to pay for both nights. I missed my flight and only needed a room for one night travelling on the next day

Location.

Swinning pool was in the middle of the rooms, so when it was used, it was a bit noisy. Rooms need proper cleaning. Internet is only working in the room and does not work in the reception.

not much no coffee pot towels were small certainly not bath towels extremely noisy couldn’t get in your room till after 4 o’clock pool is closed by six not a great place no continental breakfast

Waited 1 hr to check in at 11 pm at night Very slow .

I made the security deposit with a debit card and (probably since the card is European) the refund was stuck in Preauthorization mode for a month (but it was supposed to be unblocked 3-4 days after the stay). I was dreading contacting the hotel the whole time, since customer service in USA is at best inept and usually close to non-existent. I was already traumatized psychologically by other service vendors, but - an unexpected surprise - the issue was well-understood by the hotel staff and resolved on the same day - the funds were released the same day. I am like - wow - these guys care about the customer.

The price? for the location, services and overall level of the housing - I think the price was a bit too high.

Staff were responsive to concerns. The beds were comfortable.

it was not in a walkable neighbourhood. Rooms not overly clean. Not a quiet hotel.

please take this property off your website. This place is really dirty.

The beds were so high I used a chair to get in bed. My sister’s husband is on the wheelchair and we asked for a wheelchair access room and bathroom. They said they don’t have any ADA rooms. We asked for a cot they didn’t even know what that meant. They could not accommodate us at all. We asked if they have any rooms with lower beds the answer was NO Due to very bad weather conditions in Florida we arrived at 9 pm there were 27 people ahead of us to check in . We got to get it room at 11:00

All very clean and only 8 min to airport
