Quarto espaço bom, bem decorado e novo. Localização muito boa.

Faltou arrumação do quarto todos os dias e houve cobranças indevidas (estacionamento, sendo q não usei carro e garantia em duplicidade). Ficaram de cancelar.

The location was ideal, the view from our room was spectacular and the room was nicely decorated. Owen at the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back for a third time! Aloha & mahalo

Propreté des lieux, sympathie du personnel. Chambre plutôt grande, produits à disposition de qualité. A littéralement 2 pas de Waikiki beach ce qui rend l'expérience plus qu'agréable :) Check out à 12h ce qui est plutôt rare et appréciable !

J'ai voulu prendre un café le matin au bar du rdc, malheureusement celui ci n'était pas ouvert (plutôt étonnant)

Had ant problems in bathroom

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was well maintained If we return to Honolulu we will stay at the hotel.

Lack of exercise room

Hotel Renew itself was a fantastic experience for us. The room was fairly spacious for the price. The location is right off the beach and near the edge of downtown, which is a great balance between convenience and escape from other tourists. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Owen, great guy).

The beach equipment is okay, but not in great shape (fins we were given were damaged but usable, chair was cheap and basic). Nothing egregious, but we probably wouldn't borrow from the hotel again. The neighbors were easily the biggest drawback; there's a moped/three-wheel rental shop in the alley that makes a fair amount of noise until about 10pm, but it's only occasionally as renters leave and drop off vehicles. Much worse is the hostel(?) next door, which had multiple, very loud parties. I would recommend booking only a beach side room or a room on a higher floor to avoid sleep interruptions.

I loved that the location was near everything (beach, coffee, restaurants, etc). I loved that all the staff was so friendly!! we stayed for a week, and every single time we’d go past the front desk out in or out of the front doors, all the staff greeted us and just had smiles on their faces. They truly made the stay 10x better! I also loved that beach items to borrow came with the stay! considering we spent 80% of our trip at the beach, it made it so easy, convenient & affordable for us to have beach towels and chairs for the day.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, 1min walk to beach and surrounded with restaurants and ABC stores.

$49 for parking is brutal.

1 short block to the beach. Right near restaurants, shopping, and the Honolulu zoo. Offers free snorkeling equipment, towels, chairs, anything you need for the beach.

Does not have any food service. No microwave in room. There is a weird smell in the hallway. Not sure what it is.

its clean close to bus stops and shops and the beach, hotel renew will also lend you chairs towels and other stuff u can bring to the beach. tourists bus stops are like 20ft away! we didnt even rented a car.
