The greeting was poor. No one was at the desk. I had to yell out hello. Then they arrived with food in their mouth and made us feel like we were an imposition. We asked for two extra pillo and got told house keeping went home. Our room smelled of cigarettes and was freezing. We tried to take a short nap after a long journey before an event we needed to attend, but the walls were so thin and the noise from neighbors made that impossible. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Very hard to get ready when there's barely any light. The grab and bag breakfast went in the trash.

I thought it was impossible to stay in a quiet room in Bellevue that was still freeway convenient. This is it. On a short deadend street! They offered a COVID-safe style breakfast, that was nothing fancy, but all I needed. A really lovely property.

The location was great, near places we wanted to go, and quiet considering how near the highway it is. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast, collected from the front desk in a little paper bag each morning, was filling and varied.

The fridge and aircon unit were noisy. The aircon whirred and clicked a lot.

Dirty room, poorly maintained hotel

The size of the room was perfect, and the bathroom was spacious. Had an issue with my first room with a leaky pipe but the staff was extremely responsive and took care of it right away. Not only changed my room but upgraded as well.

Property was clean, just worn. Needs some updating, but clean and everything was in working order.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The building itself and lobby areas look great. This last time, I was traveling by myself. My room had windows that opened. I was on the third floor and had a view of the wooded hillside and I felt safe opening the window for fresh air. No one could look in. Overall, my unit provided exactly what I needed. I had a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a separate bedroom, plenty of closets, I really like the kitchen living room desk area with lots of outlets for your devices. Free breakfast and Coffee. The location in Bellevue was great. You could walk to Safeway, Rite Aid, the Outback restaurant and bar, and other shops in the strip mall. My Uber driver arrived in three minutes!

the king bed mattress was older and a bit stiff, however I was comfortable enough. The mircowave oven door was missing one screw at the handle, although it did work to open the door. The couch cushions were a bit frayed. I used my sewing kit to temporarily fix it. The toilet seat was missing a cap cover so it showed when you closed the lid. I probably could have called to get these small items fixed if I had stayed longer. A little paint, carpet and deep cleaning (or replacing bed skirt and curtains) would make it better but then the price would go up. The dishwasher was missing the kickplate but not too noticeable. The carpet was old and fraying but not dirty.

The people that work there. I went to pay for 3 days and was charged $645. Plus the lady at the front desk was the worst customer service person I have ever met. She was not only rude but literally talked to me like I was a child.

The breakfast was poorly made, and the parking and location was horrible. The fridge was loud all night.

Grab and go free breakfast was good, egg/milk/juice/yoplait/carbs, which was a very convenient breakfast for us while need to check out early. The suite was spacious/quiet, with a king/sofa bed, kitchen and dining area.

A nice, clean hotel with a location that has easy access to I-90. The hotel is located at the end of a dead-end road, so it felt safer than being in a city center. Free parking and free breakfast were nice perks.

The hotel is a bit worn, but it's clean and the staff was friendly.

We loved the entrance of the hotel. They had a lovely fireplace going and a coffee bar. Our room was wonderful especially with a kitchen in our room was perfect. We will definitely be back

Don't ever eat it.

Carpets had particles on them. Only one fork in room. No frying pan. One got brought to me later that was disgusting. Very noisy person running around overhead in the middle of the night.
