We didn’t receive any breakfast. The location was great. We weren’t too far from places we went to.

The bathroom had a few issues. The shower leaked water & there was a few spots around the shower that needed to get fixed. Plus the drain had a hole.

Loved the room and the view staff Was very nice and helped I'd with anything we needed including staying extra nights

We found crumbs around beds and couch from previous people who stayed. Also the shower was having trouble draining we asked staff about it twice and it never got fixed

There was no housekeeping service unless requested which we found out the hard way on the third day of our stay ( we kept calling daily and got no answer, went to front desk but only two employees were there for a long line of people waiting , talked to employees on the casino floor who called their supervisor to report our request n we were told to call or go to registration !! When we finally requested service thru the operator , no one showed up. So from Monday thru Friday no one showed up . The. Bathroom floor gets all wet when showering , water just runs on floor tiles . Half of restaurants were closed . Many employees laid off on renovation when we checked out , I told the registration lady about our horrible experience , she just said oh sorry to hear that . So we ran out of toilet paper n clean towels n had no service at all !!

Overall stay was good, room was big. But we enjoyed our stay.

But very poor service, they don't even make your bed. Housekeeping hardly do anything. Lot of time taken during checkin and check out.

I liked the variety of restaurant options. I enjoyed my time at the pool, not too crowded and clean.

My room AC did not work, I called to get this fixed TWICE and both times the operator stated they would get someone out there ASAP. No one ever came. The room was HOT. It was hard to sleep. I was not offered a room change or even a fan while the issue was resolved. THE ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED. The shower would overfill while showering which was really gross. Room service NEVER came during my stay.

The ONLY thing I liked was the convenience to easy in & out. It was FILTHY!

Was moved to 3 different rooms. 1. Didn’t have a lock on a door that went to a hallway & no working bathroom lights 2. Had a condom wrapper, random pills & a nasty sticky spot on tile. 3. Started fine…found a blue pill on the floor, a red jelly bean & a wad of gum. When I flushed the toilet it shot up in the drain of the sink. So disgusting. I got tired of calling & my conference started so I didn’t have time to deal.

The room was very spacious and the pool was beautiful. I was a little weary to stay off the strip but it was not bad at all.

Currently doing construction in the casino so not as many options for slots and tables but I feel like I will stay there again when it’s all done to get the full experience.

The odor when you walked in the door and it sounded like the pipes in the bathroom was clogged it kept making a loud clinging sound

The room was dirty, cigarette burns on carpet. The bathroom was the worst! Dirty bath tub & glass doors were extremely dirty!! The up spout for shower was running more from the faucet than the shower head! I have stayed here many times in the 90’s & it was great but was never on a low floor. Room 4019 in my opinion not rentable. I have been a housekeeper for many years and an inspector. So seems you don’t have inspectors! It took over an hour to get my bags delivered only because I had to go down to bell service to complain!! I had an event to go to and they made me late..meanwhile , 4th floor ice machine was out of order..I will never stay here again or recommend anyone I know to stay!

The room was acceptable. We were there for an overnight stay while on a long road trip. We liked the food hall. Good prices for the amount of food ordered. I had the burger and my husband had the cheesesteak.

The room was large but smelled like smoke. The couch was very dirty and probably needs a good steam cleaning. The casino is in the middle of renovations. It felt like half of the hotel/casino was empty.

It was spacious, free parking, good location - close to everything. Views from the rooms were absolutely stunning!

Getting to the rooms was confusing. There wasn’t any sign or anything where we should enter to the elevator to the rooms. They sent us the wrong way from the reception. The outlets are very old and look dangerous, very wobbly at the wall but hold adapters well. The rooms could use some modern renovation especially the shower.

Non hanno fatto molto per l'ospite per gli inconvenienti capitati. Mi hanno dato 150 dollari da spendere tutti in un giorno di bevande e ristoranti. Poi se alcuni ristoranti erano chiusi e quelli aperti esempio Coreano, Vietnamita non nei miei gusti e altri 3 all'interno che mi piacevano non accettavano il loro credito beh impensabile. Se veramente volevano che utilizzassi il credito dovevano farmelo usare su diversi servizi. Inoltre ultima notte con cambio camera ho avuto per tutta la notte persone fuori la porta che correvano e gridavano quindi non ho dormito. Ultima cosa l'avervi usato ha fatto si di non usufruire di rimborsi questa esperienza mi lascia indeciso se usarvi ancora o meno.

I didn’t like how only 2 out of the 4 elevators were working at the time of my stay. Sometimes it would take 20 mins just to get up or down the elevator

Just the room

The location is very good. Everything is close. Comfortable bed. beautiful view from the huge window in the room. Convenient garage. Many restaurants and bars in the hotel.

Very long waiting times for check-in and check-out. Very long waiting times for any help at the reception. Reception does not answer calls from rooms. Old furniture and a broken fridge that froze our drinks. A bathroom that hasn't been renovated for a long time. A very, very long way from the room to the car (elevator1-entire casino-elevator2-connector-elevator3). The pool is open for 7 hours only, from 10am to 5pm. Shaded space only for pre-booked spaces. Dirty, stained mattresses on loungers. Of the five swimming pools, two are closed and one is inaccessible. Room service took care of our room only after my intervention at the reception on the third day of our stay.

La chambre qu'on nous a affectée n'était pas prête, mais on nous en a donné une autre. Et on avait une chambre 3 personnes pour laquelle les draps du sofa n'était pas dans la chambre. Le personnel nous l'a amené directement des qu'on l'a signalé
