the overall cleanliness, large spacious pool and hot tub. plentiful breakfast options, great views

The staff was very polite and professional.

The guest who stayed in a few rooms ,whom were very loud. Constant slamming of their hotel doors and being loud in hallway. Then was woke up again very late by their disturbances.The next morning,when exiting the room the hallway smelled like vomit and alcohol.

Nice location next to water, and to watch the sunset from our room or the pool. Breakfast was stocked and adequate, and keurig in the room Pool was decent temp and pretty with the skylights.

would appreciate if a hotel attendant checked the pool every so often. while we were there over 2 hours, men had inappropriate music cranked and were vaping in the hot tub making it so that families felt awkward and could not be in there. I would maybe understand more in the summer, but it was a Tuesday during spring break for families.

water leak in our room by the front door we were near the washers I guess so the leak was actually there. the pool heater was broken so we couldn’t swim.

It was a lot nicer then I expected it was decorated nicely and the pool area was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that check in was 18 and up It was the only hotel I could find that wasn’t 21+ booking.

the bath room was way to small only one person could be there at a time and the bed was smaller then a queen it seemed.

The hotel is definitely dated. Our first room was not clean. I requested a change of room and Ms Pat was very accommodating. The second room was not much better. The door frames were filthy where people touched them. The bathroom was substandard. The vent fan and light did not work. The pool needed some tlc (cleaning) there was a bandaid floating in it and was dirty in high touch areas.

I really liked that my check in was confirmed and easy,. Our room was very nice and clean. One of the added perks was the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Another thing about the tub and shower I really liked was being able to get in and out of the tub . When you have different health issues something like this means a lot. The breakfast was Great had a couple of different hot or cold options to choose from. The pancake maker was awesome. The light fixture in the bathroom didn't work and the phone didn't either they fixed both of them right away. The pool area was nice and clean and the Jacuzzi was EVERYTHING. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The hotel is very close to a McDonald's Taco Bell, other pizza/bars and Walmart , Me my sister and nephew felt safe and enjoyed our stay there. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

Check in was smooth (although a long wait since only one person working on a Friday night).

Mold in shower, broken security lock, dead bug of some type on one of the pillows and did not enjoy the spider that crawled across my arm waking me up in the middle of the night.
