Good communication from property. Perfect location with view of CN Tower and central to main site seeing. Everything you need with towels, shower products etc and even water and biscuits for when we landed early morning. Highly recommend. Ok Ok ok

This was outside of the hosts control, but the air on was out during our stay. As well as we were told we were unable to use the pool which was one of the reasons why we booked this location

neighbors smoked pot and the smell was sometimes overpowering. A neighbor's dog kept barking and we felt sorry for it. These weren't in the control of the host, of course, but they affected the ambience.

Upon arrival, kitchen already had some essential supplies, which made it easy to get things started. Host was flexible with a late check-out, giving a smooth connection to our departing flight time.

Gym was closed in view of covid, but that was obviously not something our host could help!

great location, good communication with the host, had all the amenities you would need. i would probably stay here again if the owner provided a fan in the room great view of the CN tower, and reliable internet connection

the heating and cooling system is controlled by the building managers, and so in the winter, it is set to heating only. i was unable to find a way to turn the system off in the room, so the only way to cool down is to open the outside sliding door. This is a problem at night as it can get loud, given you are downtown. A fan would have been useful in this case the other thing to note is that this is an apartment building, so on weekends, it is common for there to be loud music and shouting from neighbours through the night. if this isn’t something you want, stay in a hotel. personally I was ok with it, but it’s something to be wary of

The location is great as next to Union express. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The host was very responsive and professional.

There are too many ornaments just for decoration.

For an avid hotel guest, my first time staying in an apartment was nothing short of perfection thanks to my gracious host. He was friendly, responsive and accommodating of my changing flight plans. As for the apartment, what you see is what you get and MORE-it was immaculate! Fantastic central location, spacious, spotless and fully furnished with state of the art appliances and everything else you could possibly need. It was an added treat to find the apartment stocked with essential household goods for my convenience - very thoughtful. There was also a detailed welcome folder, similar to those you'd get in a hotel and I got very comfortable from the first day. It definitely surpassed my expectations -luxury and comfort at its best. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing location with a great view and very nice and comfy interior. The host was super friendly and I would definitely visit again.
