Wasn't clean at all. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had pee on the floor. There was pubic hair in the bed.

Phone landline didnt work to call front desk. But i didnt need the phone. Ventilation fan didnt work in bathroom. Room 113

Staff was nice and accommodating. Large rooms. Lots of space. Loved the kitchenette. Parking was cheaper that most hotels. And check out is at noon. Free washing and drying.
No pool only hot tub. Room entrance was not inside a hallway closed off from the outside. Doors kept slamming because they would swing shut so fast. A lot of squeeking from the room on top of us. Rooms need more lighting. Very dark even with all the available lamps. Dish soap but no dish scrubber. No USB charger for phones. Old ripped office chair and some damaged spots on the desk. They could have done a better job trying to cover it up. Desk was wood color and they tried to patch it up with something blue. And then put a phone over it to cover it up. Trash bags were placed at the side entrance of the hotel which was another way to access our room when parking on that side. Was not attractive at all. Looked like a dirty alley very unappealing. Pipes were loud when showering.

The property is outdated and the room has many cosmetic damages. For the price it definitely was lacking in a lot of areas.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and a bonus was there was free washing and drying machines. The staff were friendly and nice. We had no issues with noise at all. We will definitely be back.
The hotel does look a little old. The only issue we had was the pull out couch bed frame was broken but we just put the mattress on the floor. Honestly would totally come back.

staff was rude couldn’t get extra pillows or towels.
room had ants and mold and can see the wood in the walls & walls were super scratched.
sheets weren’t changed on the pull out bed.
found a used condom under the bed.
I asked for a different room and got told I would be charged for both rooms.

The cold floors and the check out staff was rude to us handicapped threatened to charge me 50 dollars for every 30 mins late check out I said go ahead and she said she would just have us removed when my son was struggling to dress and we were trying to find a room all at same time.we won't be back

Everything in the hotel was great. The staff was always having a good disposition to help, the facilities and the rooms were clean, the rooms were having big spaces to been in family, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable.
The locations for the hotel is not too close to San Diego's downtown.

Lots- staff did not honor our request to keep our 2 rooms close together, we had one room on 2nd floor and other on 1st floor which was a huge inconvenience. Staff was unwilling to do anything about it stating that since we booked thru booking.com they won’t do anything. The hotel is more like a motel with exterior facing rooms. Interior was run down with paint flaking out. Overall poor experience.

My room was located at the back of the property and did not receive much traffic noise
Room smelled musty, in spite of attempts to air out the room: no coffee in room; had difficulty using room card (red light kept blinking, with at least 10 seconds lapsing before light turned green and able to open the door, evening staff surly, when requested help (it would have been okay if he just explained that the light blinks red, or that I needed to wait).

Lots of room, I have a big family and we all fit comfortably, beds were comfortable and I liked that the 2nd bedroom had a door.
The floor was not clean, it could have used a good mopping.
