It was decent, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. The pool was good and the entire family enjoyed it. They had parking underground or in a lot in front of the hotel. Our room was cleaned everyday while we were there.

24/7 there is a remote employee who is the concierge so at times you can't find an actual employee in the front to help. One of the towels and the comforter were stained but you could tell they had been washed. Some of the rooms have carpet which looks old and dirty.

The room was old, the key cards only worked to get in the room once and even when given 2 new key cards, they didn’t work. Had to get them coded again and they worked but it was a hassle having to do that multiple times.

No amenities. No drinking water inside the room, no toothbrush, toothpaste. Bathroom soap and shampoo cheap and poor quality. No staff to assist in luggage, even for old customers

Hotel is in decent area, staff were all very nice (first time I dealt with kiosk desk service!), loved breakfast options! I had 2 rooms, King size room was really nice, I loved the set up. Queen room was decent! No big complaints, nothing crazy, just what we needed for our stay.

I love to swim but wasn’t very comfortable being in the small pool area with all the windows facing down into it haha. A little bit dreary swim environment but nothing huge, if you’re with a group of people I’m sure it’d be fine! Otherwise great stay.

And I also asked for some towels and they tell me to wait because housekeeping was very busy and they tell me I'll leave them outside on the floor when I can come on

Not so quite, especially at early morning when some cars horning, and we heard guests from the top room and also some quests were loud at the floor.

Breakfast could be better. Parking could be easier if the staff would give place across parking for bigger car.

Central courtyard, Clean and spacious room. 20 mins walk to Downtown LA. Good bus connectivity. Nearby restaurants are good.

Had to contact the reception multiple times - once as the coffee machine was not working, and the other time shower had no hot water for more than two hours in the morning. There seems to be no sense of hurry to fix things.

Breakfast was good. Wish they had eggs. Room was big and clean.

Wiah the pool hours were later. Showed up at 8pm. Most hotels have pool hours till 10pm.

We took two rooms, one of them was not ready so they assigned us a luxury for free. I have no complaints about that. the other, I think should be closed. The sink was blocked, the shower too, the air conditioning did not work. closet doors off and stored inside closet. In short, the stay was very unpleasant.

Checking out. Even though the employee at the front desk didn't even ask my name or how the visit was. It was a fast process which was the goal so I could get out of that hell hole.

Everything. The room was dirty, I asked for an ice bucket and was told to come get one from the front desk then showed up to grab it and was told they would have one brought to me which never arrived. You are required to pay for parking bit there is not enough spots in the parking lot to accommodate the guests. There was also a wedding and the fruit delivery guy parked infront of my car and I was stuck waiting for them to return which was over 20 min.

We booked a regular room with a double bed. The room was surprisingly clean (perhaps the hotel has been recently renovated), roomy and well kept with toiletries, iron, hair dryer etc.

Breakfast was very sparse with only bread and packaged juices as options for vegetarians. While the room was good, the price per night was still on the higher side per international standards for a regular room

Everything from staff, cleanliness, facilities was brilliant. Gentleman at reception by the name of David was a really friendly member of staff.

I will say the breakfast selection and timings were poor. The cutlery was all plastic and the timings were only 7am - 9am. Most places I have been to open till at least 10am.
