I thought I reserved two rooms based on your description of the room but only one room was available… so therefore my worker had to sleep on the floor

the location was great. we were visiting CSUDH

at night was kind of sketchy because a lot of trailers and homeless park on that Main Street.

that it had a restaurant

very expensive for a 2 to 3 star not very well maintained

it’s nice and hospitable and super clean. great amenities overall

I been here several times this year and the jacuzzi still is broken and not usable and for some reason my room was missing the dryer but was still great with every other aspect

The hotel is old we paid $259 a night and the hotel staff was not helpful at all. The room had a musky smell and it did not seem very clean. The shuttle bus was never available for our group eventhough they had 4 vans parked outside. Breakfast was a nightmare. If you are in LA I recommend something else....this place need lots of improvement.

I stayed at Holidays Inns for a long time, this is the first time that we were so dissapointed. The service was bad, the hotel was not very clean. The bathroom smelled, the hallways had a,smoke smell throughout. And the shuttle buses were not available when we needed a ride to a close store. Eventhough we saw the shuttle driver taking guests to places. Bad management, terrible service, unclean site.

The jacuzzi does not works, no water at the hotel room once you in.

The staff did their best to find us a room after the first two were terrible. Third time was fine. We were offered a discount on our stay, so that was positive. I liked that they had two different types of pillows. Not everyone likes feathers.

The first person who helped me check in was not very friendly and showed no interest in our arrival. After getting to our room we found it had not been cleaned. The next person at the desk was very helpful and apologetic. They gave us new room keys, but we were disappointed once again that our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Back to the lobby we went where the same person felt terrible and insisted on checking the next room personally before giving us the keys. The third room was adequate.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location.
