The rooms

This is the second time I stay and both times the a/c in the room didn’t work I dnt like to complain so I felt with it decided to give them a second try and the same issue but over all rooms and the hotel itself is great

Clean, fresh linen, and friendly staff.

A/C didn’t keep the room cool enough is my only complaint.

Breakfast and a/c

Doorknob to bathroom was malfunctioning and was stuck a few times. Found black crusty stuff when I lifted bed sheets. Coffee maker machine was dusty on the inside.

The room was excellent the first we had fridge wasn't cold but they had no problem switching for medical purposes we needed a fridge that was cooling and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was filling we had a full breakfast eggs sausage biscuit gravy the works.

One of the luggage cart was wonky but other than all around good hotel

The staff were all super friendly and kind. They were more than happy to assist you. And the location was great and convenient

There is a chemical smell there that is horrible. The first night we we’re exhausted and just thought it might be a cleaner and it would dissipate after a few hours. We all 3 woke with headaches and raw throats. I am very concerned for people staying there . Chemicals even to smell them can cause cancer and other health problems. When we asked the staff about it they said it was a cleaner. But this had more of a gas or strong glue smell. We were even more worried after we woke up second day and it was still just as strong and our headaches were worse. Not sure what this is but it could lead to law suits if left unattended. Also we got a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. There were no clean sheets or blankets in the room to make sofa Into a bed . So the first night we had to all crowd into the king bed. The second day I ask the lady at front desk and she said the maid would bring us every thing plus some more towels. Try his never happened. So early evening I saw a man cleaning rooms and ask him about it and he went right then and got us some bedding. The room had dirt in corners and the bathroom floor had spills of something on it. The whole hotel had such great potential. The front desk and dining hall seemed to be clean however you still had to deal with that chemical smell.

The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and warm. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy!!

Clean up to date hotel. Staff was very friendly and engaged in good conversation.

Kids running andmaking noise up and down the hall. Was minor inconvenience and delt with quickly.

the central location was good and convenient

Shower nozzles clogged and bathroom tub was not very clean. edges of shower and bathroom floor not very clean. also a pair of large eye lashes were found on the nightstand next to bed.

I liked the location.

I’ve been to many hotels but this one was dirty… I checked in and the restroom was not so clean. I just felt dirty most of the time.

The location is close to restaurants and there is a shopping area located behind the hotel.The staff is always super friendly.

There was a big ball of hair in the bathroom sinks drain.There wasn’t a drain plug in the sink so I just put a face towel over the drain.The knobs that cover the screws to the toilet were missing and there was rust around them.

The bathroom was filthy with dirt & hair all over the floor. The pillow cases were stained with blood spots & fresh makeup. There was a huge spider on the wall by the beds. Pee stains in the shower floor tile & it was disgusting. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

2 Uncleaned bathroom/bedrooms. In which they tried to accuse us of being the ones who made a mess when I had just received the room. Rude and disrespectful receptionist. Basically kicked us out of the hotel and gave no refund for the inconvenience.
