Wasn't clean hold rusty .just unhealthy non clean.sleep wasn't rested .will never book again poor .

The room was disgusting I ask for a different room but they had nothing they said no door lock security broken the Couch look like dogs ate it up None of the lights were plugged in had to go around and plug in lights. Even TV. The coffee pot Was dirty inside. The room was disgusting.

The room was dirty, outdated, broken light fixture, no smoke detector, leaking sink, random stains everywhere.

Was disgusting and filthy and I took pictures of it all I need to take a shower had to buy a blanket to put over the bed for I can get some rest customer service. They were rude and to go stay someplace else didn’t like it. I want somebody to contact me I paid $125 for my daughter to be in a safe place and they would shower before getting on the plane and she was not able to nobody would help her I paid for the room. The room is huge and clean the ac runs cold. The tub is massive!! The wifi is great ran my fire stick with no issues. The girl at the front desk helped us get our stuff to the room. she went above and beyond and was so kind about it I think her name was Haley. The fridge is cold the microwave is clean. There is a ceiling fan.. the shuttle picks up 200 ft from our hotel. The bed is Comfy with decent pillows. A full closet. Great makeup lighting and multiple mirrors including a full body. 2 sink so we both had our own get ready area. seemed to be fairly sound proofed as I was there Fri-Sun for a festival and only heard music upon opening my door but was unable to hear from inside room.

A bit outdated. the tub was filthy had to clean it just to get into it after a long day at a music festival. Towels barely wrapped half way around me and were quite thin. the hot tub didn’t look hot and was really looking forward to that.

Close to the airport

The coffee table in our room was sticky and gross and there was a dead cockroach in the hallway. It took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were waiting at the front desk. There was no breakfast even though it stated in the booking that there would be.
