Staff at front constantly playing on cell phones.

Hair and stains and mold in the bathtub no hot water. Overall bad

The location to six flags was very easy and fast. The staff was awesome and very kind and asked us about our day in and out. Clean quiet and just what we needed. I just wish the pool was open

I wish the pool was open again! We actually booked that hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool and second for the location.

The fact we called and they said their was a pool and breakfast , and we arrived pool closed and no breakfast

Did not use pool. Did not eat breakfast. Room was very nice and comfortable.

Everything was fine.

They had no ice machines.

Room was like if they only did the bed without changing the sheets and put clean towels , without cleaning the restroom

Clean it was poor and swimming pool was close . Pubic hair in bed.

They agreed to change our rooms when we requested. The staff was friendly.

There was no housekeeping the entire 3 days. If we needed something we had to get it from the front desk. They didn't inform me that they cancelled the complimentary breakfast. Which was one of the deciding factors in where we stayed to begin with. Phone lines were fried. We had to request a different room our first day due to a dog that wouldn't stop barking. Elevator and halls smells like a wet dog. The lights flicker.

Clean, spacious , and it had a sofa bed which I wasn't aware.

Beds were a bit too Firm.

The out side looked amazing

Half the lights didn’t work, the “Queen” bed was very small, blood stains on the sheet, small hairs in the tub, cheap and very uncomfortable mattress, throw pillows used as main pillows. Place was priced as a 4 star. More like a 2 star
