Good location

Horrible check-in process, horrible customer service

I really like the location , I travel frequently and having restaurants near by is a plus. I use book.com because the quality of hotels and price are very good. This area was only 16 min from event.

I use my bank card for hotel stay only , the day after checking in, my card had been compromised. Also, someone's underwear was left from previous guest, front desk did nothing and they were there even when I checkout. They charged 105.00 of my 200.00 for crumbles in the bed, and oil spot, and towels, according to overnight auditor saying they don't know if they can clean them. But hotel sheets are not new and insurance covers these things, and I don't think those finding were in my room. Comfort Inn hotels are normally nice , this establishment doesn't represent Choice hotels. I would not recommend this property to anyone. If they will steal a 3.00 bottle of water they have no integrity.

It was a very comfortable room. Everything was very clean and the water was nice any hot and strong. Bed is comfortable.

We had a problem with the TV as it was set to Spanish. It was difficult to change - we gave up and went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. Took a trip to the front desk to ask for assistance and the very nice desk clerk came to help. She had a difficult time as well. She was the only person at the desk, and couldn’t spend long. She finally got it switched to English for us, but several of the main channels that we would watch had no sound. We never got that fixed and I was very annoying. But, we were out a lot - so we made do. There was also no usb outlet and I did not have a usb connector. The desk person tried to call us to let me know she had one I could borrow- but no phone in room connected to desk. She kindly ran it up. These were annoying- but not a deal breaker.

I liked everything about the property the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that I paid way in advance and thought it was fully paid but when I got there they took another $100.00 and said it was a deposit. They didn’t say if I would get it back after the stay or not but it has not been returned as of yet and it was an expense that I should have been warned of before hand!!!!

I loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

My room wasn’t cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for towels bc housekeeping skipped my room.

Breakfast was good with plenty of food.

No problems.

Great location with lots of restaurants around, the pool and hot tub was open until midnight, and very clean
