Comfortable bed, clean room, quick and easy check in and check out

Room was hot. Really stayed just at the point I didn’t complain and ask for a new room. Helps that we were only there to sleep. But a/c definitely didn’t seem to be working great.

I likes the location and the breakfast!

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was hair in shower.

Spa was small. Only holds 6 people. Lots of children in the spa. Pool was not heated. Otherwise the experience staying at hotel was great.

The breakfast was excellent

They charged me twice for the room. This was on Friday and I’m still waiting on it to get out of pending status on my bank account. Also I find it unacceptable that the $100 deposit is also still pending on my account. I brought the fact that I had been charged twice to the attention of the person who checked us in on Friday and she said it would fall off as soon as the bank updated but that didn’t happen. Your company is basically holding $400 of my money and I’m not ok with that at almost a week after checking in.

Didn’t have a fresh smell, very poor quality and environment in the lobby. I send a roach and it was flies in the room😡

The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood

It was clean. The breakfast was great. .

I went to breakfast at 6:30, and there were 3 people who came in who did not look like guests. The door to outside of the building to go to the pool was propped open with a mat. It's possible that they were not guests. There were people from the pool walking around in swimsuits/barefoot in the lobby and hallways. The bed skirt and bed runner had stains.

The front desk lady Sarah was the worst customer service representative I've ever encountered. We checked in very late decided to go to the jacuzzi room pick the wrong hotel again we have encountered Sarah before and much towards me years later she was still there making our stay miserable. It was like she didn't care at all to take 223 of an authorization from my credit card but then when I showed up to the hotel alerted me that my credit card was not valid for them to take payment for the room. Inconceivable check the pay later button and the lady actually charged her card said it wouldn't be available back to us for 5 to 7 business days but that it wasn't good enough to take payment for the room blame it on the machines that the machines didn't know the difference between the numbers so she had to see the card to know whether or not they took it or not. If it's going to be too hard to move money into the cards she would take so after an hour of disgusting customer service she says we could give it in cash but there was no ATM available she had me walk two blocks or more at 2:00 in the morning to an ATM machine where I almost got questioned by some policemen about why I was out that late. When I got back with the $200 deposit and the $200 room fee we were at a whopping $600 in cost to have a room for no longer than 5 hours. I was $23 short and instead of offering me a discount s and inconvenience she made me sit there and figure away to transfer the money from my accounts into that card that she wanted to take. The whole time this nasty lady is on the phone with a vendor and she has to continually tell the vendor she's so sorry that she has to turn and help me that I have something I need to talk to her about again oh lady you do not deserve to be in a position of hospitality.

that the staff was amazing and the pool was fun

my toilet wasn’t working and there was pee all around the toilet. My sheet I had to call down stairs and get them changed there was literally makeup all over the pillow cases. when I first got there to check in the lady up at the front told me that they needed my card even though I paid for the room through booking.com it was a hold of 300 dollars but that it wouldn’t charge my card it was a hold well it did and it took me and another attendant with several calls back and forth to get it fixed.
