The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family in the hospital and needed to stay longer they helped us. Was easy to get to and from hospital.

I feel that there maybe could use a few more places to plug in We had cpaps and then had trouble charging phones as there was only one other pllug in.

Breakfast was sufficient. The location was convenient to the expressway

Front desk man was repulsive. Dirty and smelly and acted like he could care less about doing his job. Lazy. Was eating a sandwich twice when we approached him.

I left before breakfast was served wishing it would’ve been a little earlier.

No one at check-in when we arrived, plexiglass between us and the desk person, humid inside, smelled like marijuana, could see into the hallway on the sides of the room door, allowed smoking right outside the front and back doors.

I lived within 40 miles of this property according to my drivers license. I did not have $250 cash to pay the required deposit. I could not get a refund and was unable to stay. I have a $50,000 credit limit discover card and lost $89 because I only on $54 cash on me. I was fleeing an abusive situation and Booking and Baymont made it worse

$250 cash deposits if your license state you live within 40 miles. I am a 60 yr old that was denied a safe place to stay

Sheets on bed were dirty and stained.
