Shuttle NVR came, and front dest didn't seem concerned even though I asked several times and sat out front for 2 hrs. I had a procedure for which I had to be put under anesthesia at Mayo and had to drive myself. I ended up sitting at the hospital for 5 hours til I felt I could drive back to the hotel.

The property was rundown, the pool was closed, the bed was uncomfortable, the couch had a large urine stain on it, neither the microwave nor the refrigerator worked properly. I was told it was about a mile to Mayo Clinic - it took over 45 minutes one way on a shuttle bus. I could go on.

I liked the security of the room. Although it was very small, everything was within reach. Very Japanesey

Shady characters seem to be all over the place. Even though Rochester residents are not allowed to stay here.
