The rooms were very clean, and The beds were comfortable. The morning staff was very helpful and friendly! It’s also close to mayo, and you offer a shuffle which was great!

The pillows were a tad uncomfortable. The breakfast was not what I expected. My biggest problem was with the afternoon check in staff, they need some improvement on hospitality.

The door to the handicapped room is hard to navigate because the entry is only walker/wheelchair width. The hand held shower nozzle holder is not at wheelchair height.

Lucy, at the front desk, was exceptional!! Our trip was very stressful but her upbeat personality and helpfulness was an added bonus for us!! It is obvious that not only does she do a good job but it also shows that she loves what she does. She represents Super 8 and we will be back! Thank you Lucy!

The recliner in our room was very worn and should be replaced.

The location of the room. The nice breakfast location and food.

The hill to get to the door and out to the car. I use a walker and this was not nice when going in or going out. The location of the handicap button for entrance is too far from the door. The bathroom needs upgrading. The door on the bathroom should go the other way since the sink is located at the entrance door.

Shuttle to the mayo was helpful. It was a great price which is why we chose it and start rating was decent.

Location was great. People were friendly and accommodating.

It was not very clean in our room. Bathroom door had a whole in it. Carpet was dirty and several nicks in the walls. I went to the store and purchased a new pillow. The one firnished gave me a stiff neck.
