The bed was comfy. Only one towel and it looked dirty, no washcloth or hand towel in the room. I could not enter the room and had to go to the front desk again. The staff went with me back to the room and showed me the 'special' way I needed to use the door handle to get it to unlock.

The towels should have been filled. I should not need to do something special to the door handle to unlock the door.

Location was excellent staff was what I expected very efficient. Adequate breakfast.

The tv was unplugged had find cord behind dresser. Probably could have contacted front, but did myself. On reservation advertised 2 queen beds only full sized. Should've upgraded.

The hotel is very old and dated. Even though we didn't use the pool and facilities, we would see them as we went up the stairs to our room. We would not have used the pool even if it were operational in its condition and lack of cleanliness. The bathroom in our room was also very outdated and cleanliness was questionable.

The smell in the entry way and hallways was awful, like pot. 🤢 Staff was ok, felt like we were a bother. Smoke detector in room was covered up by a plastic bag. We did not get the room I selected during booking. There were no blankets, sheets or pillows for pull out sofa - mattress was stained pretty bad. Continental breakfast - milk was a gallon jug that everyone shared.

The TV access was confusing but figured it out. Our refrigerator wasn't very reliable and we had to search for where to plug it in as it wasn't when we checked in. One nightstand lamp wasn't working until we pulled back the bed from the wall to adjust the extension cord. That's when we discovered it was very dirty under the bed against the wall. A few details that added up that we took care of on our own and reported the need for deeper cleaning under the bed. Would of been nice if pool was open.

The room was great and clean. The girl at the desk was excellent. Perfect location from Mayo. Breakfast was great, too.

Absolutely nothing! It was terrible.

Door was opened when we arrived. Bathroom light was on. Toilet seat was up. Urine was on the under-side of the seat. A towel was on the floor. The room had been used and was not acceptable. The room was also very cramped. Too much furniture in a very small space. There was cigarettes smell in the room. Nothing about this was positive. I wish I would have taken photos but I just wanted out of there.

Pool was closed, did NOT state that in their information. Blow dryer didnt work, tv only had 5 channels with no directory. Was definitely disappointing after a long drive
