Easy to find. Quiet area. Had stove, microwave, and frigerator for our convenience which was cheaper than the prices on the vending machines

The mattress on the bed were HARD!!!!!!! Not comfy at all and made for a short nights sleep. Breakfast was disappointing...not many choices that we liked so we just had orange juice.

Nothing, attendant on duty was very rude and a smart ass

Everything, attendant on duty was a smart ass, no deadbolt lock for our room, could not not fill my request for first floor when it said in email our request was filled. Would not honor our Mayo discount, No ice machine was working never stay there again

Spots on bathroom floor weren't cleaned , loud people above us all night, bed squeaked, staff not fruendly

Uncomfortable bed/pillows. A pretty loud drip in the bathroom about every 10 seconds. Someone was working on the ice machine all night keeping us awake

old and tattered furniture, bedding smelled like bleach so strong, TV did not work so they had to switch our room. advertised a “good breakfast” and there was hardly anything to eat.

TV didn't work, so switched rooms. Then, in new room fan would not stay running. Refrigerator was disgusting on outside. Bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Location. Price.

Non-functioning hair dryer. Checkin was slow/annoying. Desk person that was in progress checking me in, stopped to answer an incoming phone call - twice - while he continued to try to finish my checkin. Both me, and the callers were not sure who he was talking to. Tacky.

Very cheap and good staff.

Luke warm coffee, pathetic breakfast. Also, only one plastic cup in room, requested another but they were out. The kitchenette was nice but no utensils so useless.

The guy at the front desk was the least helpful in anyway possible, i was seriously starting to wonder whether or not he actually was employed at this hotel, he tried putting me and my co worker in a single double sized bed, and when i went to ask him about it he got very upset, gave me a new room. Took my old key, and THREW IT down on the desk, I figured a " sorry about that guys, have a good night" would've been an appropriate response to that scenario, and mind you during the whole time prior to that aftermath, setting up the reservation when I first arrived, he showed no interest in wanting to help with booking a room or helping me with a reservation, he had all his undivided attention directly focuced on his phone, or picking at his ear, at one point, he had a yellow highlighter in his ear canal, then continued to tug and massage around his ear lob while barely providing enough customer service to keep me standing at front desk

My first room 425 smelled of excessive deodorizer or cleaning agents. Had respiratory reaction. Was moved to first floor. Could still smell deodorizer but was not nearly as strong and was able to tolerate. But still not pleasant. Elevator also smelled of smoke and cleaner.
