There was black mold in my room. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me when I call her on the phone.

Beds were comfy. Room was great

Only problem we had was due from other guests and feel like the pricing could have been a little less

the price was too high for just a night and it had a bad smell in the room

Mattress and couch and pillows were terrible

We found it easy check in, courteous staff, convenient location, and a good breakfast. We slept well in peace. Good size fridge and room amenities. Overall pretty good for $120 for family of 5.

On the downside, we did find a clean pack of socks with one pair missing in the coat closet. That said, the "missing pair" was balled up in the dresser drawer under the TV. It made for a good laugh as to why.... so not bad just odd. Housekeeping must have missed then or decided gloves are no match for them.

Nothing they're rude and choice hotels said they got me another room where I had more issues because they charged my card at the other hotel after i was told there was NO Charge! . Worst company ever!

Staff at desk were very helpful. Beds slept better than we thought and hotel was quiet.

Dining tables were not kept clean between guests. Bathroom floors slippery with no bath mat. Door dragged on tile

Nothing, the front attendant was rude and very unprofessional. After leaving a message saying I was arriving early in the morning due to weather and transportation being delayed, when I showed up they had canceled my room and charged me for it when I was literally standing right in front of them. Also, would not give me a room until 3 pm that day and it was 6 am and I had booked and paid for the room. This is what you call theft of services. I have always booked through booking.com for work and pleasure, however, I no longer will since Booking.com did nothing whatsoever to make this wrong, right? I also will never recommend this hotel, the desk attendant is very rude.....
