Tough to see the room number at night

Location is great and breakfast was good. Hotel is a little older but very clean.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly.

Positioning of furniture was poor. Requested queen bed and pull out couch bed. The pullout bed would not pull out fully, the last foot hitting the queen bed. Pullout was dirty, no sheets for it.

There was nothing to like, completely a horrible experience all around for our entire family.

The staff was rude, bed bug infestation which led to all 4 of us bring covered in bites. My BF had an allergic reaction to the bed bug bites, shower had no hot water and was clogged so water wouldn't drain from tub, leaking ceiling as well as huge holes and water damage. Bedbug eggs covering mattresses, air conditioning didn't work and that's just a fee things.

The breakfast was continental and pretty limited in select, mainly sugary cereal and instant oatmeal. They did have coffee and tea available as well.

We found a dead cockroach under our bed, and when we mentioned it to the staff they didn’t apologize or try to show they would do something about it.

Great location and the pool was an added bonus. Didn't know about the grill, frig or microwave, Those were great unexpected extras :)

There was a least one broken lounge chair at the pool which would hurt someone should they have sat on it. And the continental breakfast could have perhaps had some fresh pastries/donuts. It was minimal at best and went out for breakfast the second day. Adding a few dollars per night to provide the pastries (perhaps arranging something with a local bakery based on occupancy) would be well worth it.

The facility was quiet, couldn't hear people through the walls. Rooms were clean.

The sink didn’t properly drain, when maintenance fixed it they dumped the drain water on the carpet and didn't clean it up. The breakfast that is provided is pathetic unless you're ok with cereal.

A wonderful location close to the colonial village and a great starting off point for morning walks. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and appear to have been updated. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location in walking distance to old Williamsburg, excellent restaurants, and the Virginia Beer Company. Outstanding value for your money.

Breakfast was incredibly inadequate. We went next door to the pancake house. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Needs updates!

Bathtub drain did not drain adequately. Desk chair was very worn. Breakfast was very poor.

room was clean and the bed was comfortable . conveniently located

pretty much everything else. very dated. showers are small, no vent fan in the bathroom, although there was a bottle opener corkscrew mounted to wall in the bathroom for reason. toilet felt like you were sitting on the floor. remote for the tv didn’t work because the had corroded inside the remote. couch was uncomfortable.

Heat did not come on-but we were exhausted and didn't call front desk. Hair dryer also did not work.

The size of the room. Plenty of space for myself, 2 daughters and an infant.

The sink faucet had corrosion around the hardware. The shower water ran out extremely slow. Soap scumb was backed up so had to clean after each person.

Room was not for handicapped . Too small to move around could not get into bathroom. Had to move bed in order to use pull out bed. Not for handicapped people.

Room was ok, lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Pictures showed hot breakfast items like waffle maker and toaster items. There were only some store bought basic mini muffins, fruit, cereal or oatmeal packets. Only coffee or hot water to drink no orange juice. Room was very dated, tub was not set right and there was an air pocket under the tub you could feel when you walked in it. Also base boards and any area behind furniture was coated in a thick layer of dust.

Very affordable during Thanksgiving holiday. Motel is a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg and about a mile walk or drive to the downtown shopping area and the William and Mary campus. Motel is a smaller one story property that is well kept and clean. Area around motel is quiet and well kept with a mix of residential homes and small commercial businesses.. Several non-chain affordable local restaurants are within a few hundred foot walk; I only had time to try one but it was excellent. My room had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave, iron and ironing board, and coffee machine. I would definitely consider staying there again.

There is a single railroad track several hundred feet from the motel. The single train I heard in the early morning, while awake, was not loud as it passed and likely would not wake you but it definitely could be heard. Passing street traffic could not while in the room.
