Poor attitude at checkin. Too noisy

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is decent, the shuttle is of course a good thing to be mentioned, takes you to the hotel and backwards, but in our case we called the hotel to tell them that we were there

The hotel is under renovation, I mean, we were in an area already renewed, was very good, but there is some noise but on the lobby area, in the rooms is very quiet..

Location. Breakfast was good. No bed bugs surprisingly. Free shuttle to airport.

The hotel is run down. We walked past drywall sheets and construction material to get to the outdated and sketchy elevator. The hallway looked like right out of a horror film. The carpet is stained and old. My kids cried and didn't want to sleep there because of their surroundings. One bed was unmade with a spider on it. We slept on top of the sheets because of fear of bed bugs. The pictures on the website were nothing like the rooms we were put it.

Comunicação sobre as regras do hotel. Reservei duas noites para conseguir fazer um early check in e apenas ao chegar nos estados unidos me disseram que não podia fazer isso, mesmo eu tendo pedido isso na reserva e eu REAFIRMANDO as datas no inbox da mensagem de boas vindas. Me fizeram pagar duas vezes pela mesma coisa. O suporte do booking.com não me ajudou em absolutamente nada. Atendimento da gerente do hotel é simplesmente péssimo. Booking.com não se responsabiliza por nada e não ajuda a intermediar a resolução do problema. Tenham cuidado ao fazer a reserva de vocês.

The proximity to the airport was its only saving grace.

The halls smelled bad like rotten garbage, the carpets in the halls and in the room were stained and moldy, the sheets were stained with brown spots (?!), the bathtub was cracked and uneven. We found several men’s boxers spread out in the halls (owner/s unknown) and te night staff was not very friendly.

No me gusto nada, no tenían shuttle al aeropuerto, tuve que pagar un taxi para llegar al hotel y eran las 10 pm, deben informar eso en la página para evitar el booking con este hotel!! Es un hotel sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento, el ascensor sucio!! Las cortinas de mi habitación rotas!! Tiene un desayuno bastante regular. Me extraña que pertenezca a la cadena whyndham, realmente esto hotel los hace quedar pésimo.

Hotel sin shuttle a partir de las 10pm!! Y el shuttle de salida lo solicité a las 12pm igual se demoró. Las alfombras de todo el hotel sucias, el ascensor viejo y sucio. Las cortinas de mi habitacón rotas. el desayuno bastante regular! Las fotos que presentan en la página son un engaño completo.

Nos tocaron las nuevas instalaciones, muy cómodas y modernas.

Cómo las instalaciones eran nuevas, aún olía un poco a pintura.

For money it is a good location close to airport, clean big room, free continental breakfast , coffee and bagel, we grabbed before airport. Good shuttle service to airport, but not pick up.

We could not get hold of hotel, phone line not working to arrange shuttle pick up so had to get expensive taxi. Hotel tired and in need of repair.

Access to highways and very easy to find

Room was hot and when we called to see what we could do about the room they just said they have all rooms at 63 degrees so nothing was done

The pool was closed

Very helpful reception staff. Good location, close to the airport. Swimming pool on site.

Breakfast is very minimal. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained.

Towels were fresh and white

Even though I was told I had a nonsmoking room, was told the whole property was non-smoking, eververything in my room had a strong, stale-cigarette smell, including pillows, blankets, sheets, bed, curtains, chairs. The toilet only flushed once or twice. Very bad. This is a very old and tired property. Everything was broken or cracked. I cannot encourage you strongly enough to book a different hotel!

Has anyone from management ever been to this hotel? It is disgusting. The lobby looks good, but just a few feet down the hallway the problems begin. The hallway carpeting is dirty, stained and just plain deplorable. This is the same on every floor. Outside the elevator, there are cigarette ashes on the ground. The elevators have graffiti etched into them. Dogs barking inside the rooms incessantly. Why are there unattended dogs in the room for hours? I called multiple time to get it to stop, but no luck at 10:00 PM. My room had a broken toilet seat. Roaches crawling on the sink everyday that I had to kill. I booked the room for 4 people, yet everyday they would only give me 3 towels. Everyday I had to go down to the front desk for more towels. Overall, this hotel is disgusting. I even took pictures to prove my point. This hotel needs to be refurbished or torn down and replaced.

One of the cheapest hotels in the area but this location is in real need of renovations (sticky carpet, icky cloth furniture, humid cooling unit, rickity table...). Location is ok, close to but difficult to walk to restaurants (i was in a 2 day layover w/out a car); Quick 5-10 minutes shuttle to/ from IAH.

Check in process as easy, staff was friendly, shuttle to and from the airport was fast and efficient. The bathroom was clean.

The facilities were unclean, very worn. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were old and stained. The elevators were dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the lobby and room. The sheets were pilled and rough. There were bugs crawling in the room...with one in my bed that kept crawling on my legs until I was able to squish it! (Maybe that is common for Houston??)
