Kind of dirty pool and hot tub

Great and spacious room, Good value for the money!

Bathtub not very clean, toilet watertank running all night, A/C unit in the room very noisy. Lady serving breakfast barely spoke english, not nice and not helpful at all!

not much felt like ac was out everywhere but the rooms. elevators hot and smelly. linen was rough and old. pool wasn’t great.

walls are paper thin we had to move rooms because our neighbors were so loud we couldn’t sleep. room they moved us to didn’t have linens, no complimentary water anywhere. for the price i paid, was expecting nicer

The place was beautiful, modern, clean and quiet. It was a nice place to relax. The staff was pleasant and i really enjoyed my stay.

The key cards didn't want to work half the time. Another guest said she had the same problem. And theres no vaping allowed. I can understand cigarettes, i smoke outside even at home, but i was a little surprised by the vapr policy.

The room was clean and tidy. The shower was good once you figured it out. Water pressure was ok. The check in/out front counter gentlemen were very hospital and informative.

The breakfast offerings were minimal at 8:30am. The eggs were not looking good. No pastries of any kind. The lady responsible for the food did not understand English. It looked like the breakfast foods were being put away as there was only one sad fried egg and 3 sausage's left. The serving area was in shambles . I went to the back room with her and she brought out some frozen bagels and muffins. The hours of 7-9 was too early for us retired folk.

I had stayed at this location years ago, and by now you would think that they would’ve renovated the rooms. The only thing that looked relatively new was the lobby. Even the elevators were run down. There were a lot of things that were dirty especially behind the tv. The bathroom counter was not clean nor was the bathtub. We had to move rooms because the first room smelt awful and things were broken. The morning on my way out, I woke up itching, turns out they’re bed bug bites.

There was no maid svc provided after our 1st night and we were only staying 2 nights. The bath tub was horrible the angle was so bad my ankles hurt after because I had to put my feet in angles to bathe.

Location good, good size room, bed was comfy, quiet room, had a hot tub, breakfast was ok, friendly staff, parking good

Hot tub was pretty dirty, didn't like the shower, it sloped down too much, shower head leaks. Had a hard time opening door. Had to re key our cards twice.

I liked the location of the property and the rooms are spacious

the rooms aren’t cleaned well. we found a previous guest’s wardrobes in the drawers of the dresser. the bathroom tub was dirty and I had to call front desk to have someone up to come reclean it
