Location near major travel routes

Beds had sinkholes Room was tattered and worn Arrival night there were about 3 large cars in parking lot with guests throwing bottles out of windows and having a ‘smoking ‘ party, as described by reception breakfast was limited in choice with mostly meat alter

Location

Trash from previous person/people was left in the room. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Hair and dirt left in the shower. The ceiling had missing pieces and water damage. It seems like little effort went into cleaning and repairing damage. It was not a comfortable stay.

I didn't eat breakfast there

Well I checked the box to pay at the property but my bank card was charged prior to my arrival which caused me to have issues with bills.

The shower didn’t have hot water. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. There was only one tiny bar of soap provided in the room. The grass on the property was really high. I would not stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The woman checking us in was attentive and energetic. Breakfast was hot and coffee was good.

We checked in late at night after driving for 12 hours and when we got into the room we found the room to be dirty. There was chocolate (we hope it was chocolate) ground into the carpet between the bed and the end table as well as chip crumbs by the bed. The walls had something on them as well. There was a dead fly stuck to the elevator door.

I really like the location of this hotel.

The building really needs a paint job and needs to be updated.

Check your credit card bill afterward. They double charged me for the room when I reviewed my credit card bill (it wasn't a hold or the incidentals fee, it was exactly double the room price on my card 8 days after my stay). They did correct it when I called.
