Clean and well-laid out room. Quiet area. Good location (between downtown denver and boulder), easy interstate access. plenty of (free) parking. good selection of restaurants and other options nearby.

The room was good, the overall quality and location were great for what I needed.

The carpet in the hallways is coming up. I saw other signs of neglect. Sound isolation between floors and the from the hallway is not very good. My door’s electronic lock was finicky.

The room was clean and the bathroom was modern

the breakfast menu is limited. I was charged more than the room rate I booked for. I was told that the difference would be refunded after I check out. However, I did not receive any refund.

Had stayed at hotel before and was impressed (it was a new hotel at that time) front desk employees shower

Room 218 smelled like a wet dog smell, I had trouble enjoying our room with the smell. The bed was not comfortable (but not all beds are made for everyone) The smell was my main complaint.

Dirty sheets with hair on i. I showed to housekeeper and asked her to change, also asked to replace the tissue paper, that was empty. She never did. Told receptionist when I come back at night, he also said that will do it right away. Never did. I also had to go down to talk to receptionist, never unswear the phone.

That was a good couple weeks.

I wish they had a Weber but that’s no skin off their noses.
