Short staff, charged multiple times No elevator

Quiet and staff friendly

Room needed updates Drawers wouldn't stay closed and beds were lumpy.

First of all, the associates are so genuine and went above and beyond! Everyone was kind and helpful. I loved the coffee!!! Also the breakfast was great!! It was great to have a washer and dryer down the hall too! I hope to come back sometime! Thank you!

The bed

The beds were comfy and the breakfast options were fabulous!! We liked our stay and will return!

A bit noisy on first floor but expected. No other complaints ☺️

The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Although the room was not a Waldorf Astoria room, which we were not expecting anyway, it was clean and much larger than we expected.

It was rather far from the NJ turnpike. I felt like I was driving and driving. (But, in actuality, it was not that far.)

It is a very quiet area! Even in the morning with traffic, it was not noticeable. It was a Sunday morning though. Mon-Fri it might be noisier. The room was nice and clean. The AC heat unit was whisper quiet. And quite surprisingly, the room included a microwave AND a mini fridge! The bathroom was a decent size and the hot shower had EXCELLENT water pressure! Breakfast was decent. The only thing hot was the waffles and the Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The Jimmy Dean sandwiches was a nice touch versus using some off name brand.

My biggest gripe is the value! Even though it was a nice stay, the price I paid was too much for the category of hotel. And the only reason I paid it was because my house had no hot water and I was exhausted from working back to back shifts and coming home to clean up water. There is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor for the physically challenged. However, 1st floor access has excellent accessibility. The shower head had mold around it and should be replaced, not cleaned. I haven't seen a shower head like that since the 80s! The Jimmy Dean sandwiches only had sausage. It would have been nice to have a choice of sausage or bacon. Everybody loves bacon! LOL!

Our room had bedbugs. We were moved to another room when I noticed, and the woman at the desk was very kind, but I can't say that I managed to sleep at all that night.

It was very quiet, I like that they had coffee all night.

The coffee could of been warmer, we paid for a room with 2 double beds, instead they only gave me a room with one king. I left a phone charger there by accident and when I called they said it was never there, but I know it was because I had it nowhere in my stuff, and it isn't like I packed a lot of items because I was only staying for one night.

Bed was very comfortable.

The people in the room above me were extremely noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. I didn't get a wink of sleep. I have reported it to the hotel. Otherwise my stay was very good.

Karen is a very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and delightful person. She helped make our trip enjoyable. She is definitely a plus to your organization.

Hand towels could use an upgrade. Room lighting could be better.
