Rooms were nice

Unfortunately the rooms were cold, it was at the time when the weather got real cold, and I'm thinking that the property was not ready for the cold snap. We ended up switching rooms twice because we could not get the heater to work. Other than that everything went fine. The staff went out of there way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Air conditioner was awful. It was cooler in the lobby and hallways than in my room, the bathroom door was splitting at the bottom, the toilet paper dispenser fell off and the dresser with the fridge looked like it had been chewed up.

There was limited items cook was off no cream for coffee

Clean carpets, make arrangements when cook is off so someone else can provide the breakfast items needed.

I didn’t like anything from this hotel. I was charged $340 for 1 night. $250 because the staff said I smoked in the room when I didn’t at all. $91 for the night. 4 staff workers agreed and said there was ash in the room which was impossible cause I never smoked in there. They couldn’t even show me evidence of ash or show me a rag that was used to clean that same ash. I left a plastic cigarillo packet with the tobacco in the trash. I’m on bond and have to drug test so there’s no way I’m smoking marijuana. I don’t want to go to jail just because I want to smoke at a cheap hotel lmao. I called back that same night when I noticed the $250 charge and wasn’t told how they came to this conclusion. They told me they would call back tomorrow when a manager would be in and they never did. No manager ever showed up to work and they couldn’t even tell me when one would be in. After calling corporate and filing a complaint, corporate couldn’t help me either. I called back and was treated rudely and unfair. You can see me step outside on the cameras every single time to go smoke a cigarette. So how are you gonna say there was a strong odor of marijuana when I can’t even smoke marijuana because of court and you clearly see me on the cameras every time I went to smoke cigarettes outside. I think the hotel isn’t making enough money and are purposely discriminating people of color by charging them for smoking when that never happened. The TV was bolted to the desk and the curtains don’t close. Extremely ghetto.

One of my rooms was canceled without notification. I had reservations for 2 months in advance and at the last moment one of the rooms was canceled.

Great location and reasonable pricing. The staff worked hard to provide a good breakfast and was very friendly!

The air conditioner didn’t cool in the room, which made it uncomfortable when sleeping.

The front desk girl that check me in was above and beyond! Super sweet and helpful.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Coffee was out which is a must.
