The room was very comfortable. The bed was so relaxing.

The breakfast was horrible. They had no options except waffles and cereal. The staff just sat and drank coffee and ate some tamales they had brought with them. Thank goodness for the Denny's next door. Me. And other guests had a conversation about the service.

Price was crazy for what you got on a football weekend. The beds were not very comfortable and the TV is so small it was laughable. It was a decent room.

The hot breakfast pans were empty. I really felt bad for the construction men leaving for work without eating. the woman in that area didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fill them. No eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon.

My room was good until the middle of the night. My husband got up to use the restroom and the water kept running. We tried to sleep thru it but by 6 am we called to get the the room switched. I called Sunday - Wednesday to get ahold of the manager but did not receive a call back until Wednesday. When I spoke to her she states that she would have only gave me compensation if I called right away. I have two children one of switch was there for a softball tournament. It was an inconvenience to wake her up at 6am to switch rooms already but the manager wanted me to wake her up at 2am to move to another room for it to make a difference. She did not make sense. I would not stay there again

Pricing for Saturday night with tax was $357 Any other Saturday not scheduled on an Texas A&M football game would be $100. Just not right to price gouge. Very disappointing

Was convenient location for traveling to and from the location I was working at. Hotel had good parking and I felt very safe. Close to restaurants (10 miles to about any type of food you want). Quiet location.

I asked for a paid receipt upon checkout this morning and was denied that receipt by Sleep Inn and Suites-Bryan. I was told I had to get my receipt through second party as I booked through booking.com. I left and drove home. I called and asked the manager at Sleep Inn to email me a paid in full receipt. She refused. I asked why and was told I had to get my receipt through second party as I booked through booking.com. I called Booking.com customer service. Explained the issue. I was placed on hold while agent for booking called the hotel and requested a receipt. Agent came back on the line and apologized and told me there was a mix-up with the hotel and I would receive an email tomorrow with receipt attached from booking. I have to have a fully itemized receipt showing hotel taxes etc. as I am a contractor that receives a per diem. I pay up front and I have to have a paid receipt to get my money back from the company I work for. I have stayed at this same location numerous times and have received a paid receipt from the hotel each time. I was billed on my card by Sleep Inn not Booking.com. That bill was paid. What changed? I have now waited all day, no receipt. Need to file my paperwork to employer. Still waiting.
