Bed was very comfortable, room clean, good breakfast, good staff, good location, felt safe
We got billed 2 x. We of course had a $50 deposit, but we had been billed and paid with booking, hotel billed also plus deposit, I guess is what happened. We did get extra back in bank, after 1 1/2 days. I am thankful hotel was honest, about the return. Would not mind staying here again

The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacey.
When entering the room the air was off which made the room very hot. When watching TV, we could hardly hear the movie we were watching. Even after we turned the TV up and the air down down.

We liked the breakfast it was very good.. we enjoyed our visit and we're satisfied with everything.. it is a perfect location and we felt comfortable and safe.

Convenient to interstate • Beds comfortable • Clean • Staff responded to request for more towels • Room was larger than I anticipated from photos, including small sofa and comfortable desk chair • Great water pressure from shower! • Quiet • Breakfast was OK
Had to have my room key reset four times and replaced twice… my wife had same issue with two reset and one replacement. Staff at desk was responsive to the problem.. got the impression that it was a regular problem with key cards. Internet connections were a problem first night. Desk said that it was because of “overcast weather”. Had two bars on third floor. Desk suggested that I come to lobby for better connection.

Ramadas were considered at least mid luxury hotels in the past. This one had pink and black floor tile and green and black carpet on the stairs. Awful. The curtains in our room were coming off the rods. From
the outside, you could see curtains in rooms that were ripped. It appears the help are limited to changing sheets and cleaning bathrooms, but nobody seems
to be overseeing the big picture. I was disappointed, especially for
having to
pay close to $200 for one quick night of sleep

I DIDN'T STAY HERE, I MADE A RESERVATION, AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY SAID THERE WASN'T A HOT TUB, IN WAS OUT OF USE FOR MAINTENANCE. SO, I CANCELED MY RESERVATION, NEVER STAYED, NO ROOM ASSIGNED AND WAS CHARGED $125.35

convenient to the Waco area. the front desks staff was very professional. the area internet was down, the front desk attendant and the owner / manager worked hard to connect via a hot stop to get use check in.

Very convenient to where my event was. Breakfast and coffee in the morning. I've stayed there before so that's why I went back.
There was a bed bug on my bed and on my friend 's bed as well. I will not be staying there again. Lobby floor looked to have drops of blood on it by the elevator.

I reserved a room on the 2nd floor I got put on the first floor
Finally got moved to a room on the second floor but the room we got put in the tv was messed up the curtain on the window was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. Not to mention no one ever came to clean our room
