The room i had booked originally had seem to flood out and nobody contacted me to let me know , so they put us in a king bedroom suit and it was just overall uncomfortable for me and my whole family to be sharing one bed and i was also told that i could call booking to see if i could get at least 10 dollars refunded back to me cuz they price couldn’t be adjusted for whatever accommodations they had to give me

I loved that property was in the middle of downtown and how close everything was to it.

I hated that the staff were very ghetto, upon arrival I stood at the desk for 3 minutes before even being greeted. reason being is because the staff at the desk were gossiping about something, while me and my fiancé were standing there waiting on them to finish. Once they were done talking then they proceeded onto check us in, but the tone was very unpleasant. The room we had (405) had stained bathroom counters and the sink, which looked like dry blood, we only had two sheets to cover with in the bed. Everything about the hotel was horrible and outdated

I was charged twice the hotels mistake..and still waiting my refund.Although I already payed with booking.com.Thechotel stated to never use booking.com they have poor se6anr problems with them all the time

the is an abyssal difference between the external part of the building - looking very new and updated - to the inside of the rooms - broken, old, poorly kept. Broken switches, counters and table tops with damages, old stained carpet. That was remarkable. I never saw such a difference between the exterior and interior of an accommodation. I was basically disappointed with the room. Since it was a one night stay, I stayed. I f needed to stay more nights I would definitely not stay there.

Before I book the hotel, they said breakfast included, but when I checked in and ask for breakfast they said no breakfast, they should return part of money back to me for something promising that they don’t have !!!

Didn't have the king room available that was supposedly reserved. Tub and sick were disgusting. There were No dishes available for the kitchen, like none. Elevator was out the entire visit so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs 🙃
