Let us change rooms, due to a loud noise in the wall.

Pool was cold and dirty, needs to be redone.

Good location, close to downtown Palm Desert. Quiet, spacious room and decent facilities.

No daily house keeping and bogus resort fee charged for standard amenities.

Would give it a 12 out of 10 if it was possible!! The Pool, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, Hot Tub, Basketball Net was in top condition!! Loved the Room, Beds and Kitchen !!

little hard finding lobby and room since we arrived after dark; otherwise, no complaints about anything

walking distance to El Paseo restaurants & shops Tennis facility was very good October resort is still quiet so no unnecessary night noise when sleeping

Room 201 is in terrible condition. The kitchen is 3 feet long which includes an old 2 element cooktop, 8 inches of counter to prep & a sink so small against the wall it is useless. Furniture is old & dirty. Mirriors everywhere to make the room look bigger. Should be pulled from the rental pool & renovated immediately. A huge gamble on quality of rooms. I visited 7 studio type rooms as we were a big group. All varied in level of renovation. This studio should not be rented out!!!

Staff was excellent. Nice size room with kitchen. Pool and jacuzzi was awesome. Awesome tennis courts.

The restaurant on site was terrible. Took a long time to get order, and order was wrong. Not good for the high priced breakfast.

Check in person was excellent and clearly communicated all relevant information. Pool cafe staff were very friendly and provided good service.

Main pool area was nice but pool water was too hot and had a lot of algae. Our room TV did not work until I figured out how to reboot it. Shower drain backed up. Missing strip on the vertical blind brought morning sun into our faces in bed.

Snack bar / bartender workers are very hard workers and so accommodating! Love the service around the pool gives that true resort feel

The studio room we had really needs an update everything very very old...the 2 bedroom unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect clean and comfortable

Found 2 cockroachs in our room upon arrival. General smell of room and accommodation was from 1960s. Needs updating!

amazing tennis facilities and pro shop. they scheduled matches for me and my son to play doubles together against similar level players. clay courts, really nice courts and excellent tennis pros that run classes for all ages beginners to advanced. nice swimming pool. the AC is needing a tune up and sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but I slept on worse. room was very clean with everything you need in a kitchen. even a brita water filter, toaster, pans, etc…. great value mid week and absolutely incredible places to eat 4.5 and up 3 minutes down the street. friendly staff. i will definitely stay here again. very comfortable for family of 4 with 2 children in the studio. modern new decor, TV, and very friendly people staying there we met on site

the pro shop closed at 1:30 and the restaurant is closed from Monday afternoon until it opened on Thursday, but that was fine because of so many great choices of restaurants nearby

The studio is spacious and kitchen is neat. Good water pressure.

The restaurant only opens during the day. Hard to book a tennis court.

checked was not told there was no elevator. unit below was up most of the night scratching the walls we thought it was construction. then we were out came back around 10pm saw the door below us had there door open with a vent smelled bleach called front desk asked to be moved but there was nothing available, So called several other resorts all sold out it was late so had no other place to go opened the back sliding door covered vent as the fumes were coming threw are room covered vent that had no grade on it woke up next morning talked to manager ( Mike very nice man ) he explained they had a problem with the tenant then discovered the tenant was cooking meth . I was extremely tired when I got home . I’m waiting for a refund hopefully.
