Location

The breakfast was very limited. No trash cans in the actual room, just one in the bathroom. The room had a horrible smell. We ended up going to Walmart to get febreeze and Lysol to try and help with the smell but it didn’t work. There were hairs in the shower. One of the towels had black spots on it. And the sink had so many stains it makes it look dirty.

The bed was not comfortable and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

I like the affordable price

I didn't like the breakfast or the roach I saw in the kitchen. I didn't like the bath didn't have a stopper or mat.i also didn't like the run down old furniture and kitchen...I didn't like the bed.it was very very hard.i didn't have a blanket I only had a sheet and very light blanket that was not comfortable. I didn't like that I had to send 22 emails and run around with staff , awaiting a refund for my early check out...that was very frustrating going back n fort with multiple staff claiming they couldn't authorize it..

I left a prescription medication in a thermal container in the freezer, when I called back the next day realizing I was missing it, I was told nothing had been found in the room.

Location was convenient to attractions

room did have a proper lock. Basic kitchen supplies were not in the room you have to request them ie. plates, silverware, coffee pot, cups. most chains have those things in the room. dishes aren not cleaned throughly. advertises breakfast is included but it’s just grab a muffin or snack bar at the door.

There were roaches in the room. Who wants to pay $140 to have roaches in the room.
