I was not checked in because I arrived at 1am and was turned away told I was receiving a refund I never stayed here and was charged

Not clean . Not recommended. They also try and charge for everything. To get clean sheets and towels you had to pay extra. And you might get a cleaning fee if they think the room is dirty.

Fees for everything. You have to change your own sheets if you don't want to pay. They don't clean or take out the trash unless you want to pay. The phone also charges b you everytime you use it.

The location was central to getting to the airport, which made travel time short. The room was clean, and tidy.

I was not impressed by the curb appeal, as there was garbage all over. I also thought a hot breakfast was included, not just a grab and go. I did not have a plug for my phone charger, there were no USB ports in the room, and I could not sleep, as I was worried my battery would die, totally my fault. Updating and adding USB ports would be highly recommended!!!

The room was overall clean. Had some cup stains on the night table that they missed. They had breakfast but we didn’t not go to it. Room had fridge and semi stove area. The bathroom was pretty good size but the tub would get pretty full because the water wouldn’t go down.

What we didn’t like was the intense smell of cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke and we had kids with us and our room was full of that smell. Also the room keys didn’t work well. After the first night we had to ask for them to change because they would open the lobby door or our room thankfully we didn’t get stuck outside the night before.

I like the kitchen

staff was horrible. they also apparently cancel your appointment if you check in after midnight, even though our flight was delayed. they couldn’t give the same room we had and we arrived 12:40 am. they never contacted me, even though they said they did. which they could through booking. there was no extra bedding or pillows

The hotel's rate was much cheaper than on the strip, but only a 10-15 minute car ride away. The room was large.

Off the strip, pet friendly

Lots of drug use and not THC. Right outside the hotel when taking our dog out. The hotel was expensive for the conditions of the hotel.
