Absolutely Nothing!

This small box is not big enough to share all the dislikes. The Smell Is Unbearable, The Roaches Are Everywhere!

First, I was transferred to a sister property because they were full. the sister location on Hollister was not fabulous but it was ok. I wasn’t very happy when I arrived and was told that I had to pay a $175 non refundable pet fee on top of the daily fee. I called prior to booking and this $175 was not mentioned. The girl behind the desk was nice to me but said “I’ll let the DM handle it” like she didn’t want to hear anything about it. She told me that the DM would call me (which they never did) I wasn’t charged the fee so I assume he approved it but it would have been nice to get a call saying that. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known of the fee. The room was clean though. The bed was not comfortable. Hotel was near everything. Good Location

The room had roaches. The sofa was damaged. The remote didn't and the battery was the original hadn't been changed. The pool wasn't nor was there breakfast. All in which we pay for when staying which be the reason for booking at these places

The fact that the room had roaches. The bathroom was very nasty with stains on the toilet. It was horrible. My family and I left and went got another hotel on our on.

I had my phone stolen by gas station and the person well the two people that helped me locate it and gave them my room number brought it to me my last morning when I waken to rebook my room I was told I could never stay there again. I never had any problems and even sent them buisness the only company I had was the people that I had sent that rented and than left my mom died so that is the only safe place I know I want to come back I loved the entire place my room felt comfortable for me I will never have company again and I never gave the place any problems. please reconsider me

Night Staff was really nice, I liked having access to the full kitchen although this visit we didn't use it. The location is nice, easy access to the beltway.

You definitely don't feel safe, people walking around outside all hours of the night, people sitting in vehicles watching people. As soon as we got to our rooms we saw one roach in one of the bathrooms alive, the pull-out couch bed doesn't have a sheet and the mattress is nasty, we had 2 rooms both rooms were the same situation. I wouldn't count on being able to use it. The Wifi is absolutely horrible, we couldn't connect any of our devices to it after successfully signing in so we ended up just using hotspot.

That we got our room in tell 5:28 I had to wait.. we walk in our room and it smell really bad!! The floor are not clean the phone to call the front desk doesn’t work 🙄. And then to top it off there’s 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 we didn’t sleep just thinking that they could get in our 👂. The pool was dirty too. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
