Workers on strike, nothing open in casino, tables were closed and the ones that were open has ridiculous minimum bet requirements. There was no notification of the casino workers being on strike and that things are closed and table games are shut down so I could have changed my reservation to somewhere else. They offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience. Highly don't recommend.

The staff was horribly unaccommodating. Couldn’t check in until almost 7pm when check in time was 4pm. Only gave a small food credit which i didn’t want since we wouldn’t even be there for a full 24 hours. After checkout, I got charged for everything in the “mini bar” in our room, which we didn’t ever touch. I was calling the property nonstop to get charges removed.

The casino facilities were very good. We liked smoke free facility. D-Prime restaurant was excellent.

Problem with television, stuck on intro screen. Bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Rooms are outdated and lacked cleaning and detail in areas of room that you could tell had not been looked at in years.

The dirty filthy smoking areas, the lack of gaming and smoking areas. 

Elevator situation ridiculous. One working elevator for a huge hotel; routing people through back rooms to use service elevators. Way too much money spent for that.

Perfect location for waking to Hart Plaza and other places. On site restaurants were excellent.

MGM is absolutely beautiful!!! My room was so cozy I didn’t wanna leave it. Easy access to the casino and I had a nice view of downtown from my room window. Highly recommend this place for a quick little get away.

I didn’t like that you have to swipe your room key to get in and out and to use the elevator, with your hands full it becomes inconvenient especially if your in a rush.

did not fit the purpose for the trip of what I ask the staff before I booked the rooms and that was for a swimming pool and the staff say they have one and when I get there, the staff say you have to be 14 years old and up. Terrible customer service!

Staff was rude in different areas of hotel and casino. Over two hours late to be allowed to check in, room wasn't ready.

Every one was really nice...I was on a crutch the door was opened for me so many times by staff I can't even count.

The room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, large shower with plenty of towels and amenities. There was a nice selection of TV channels and a pleasant view of the Ambassador Bridge.

I could here other guests closing their doors when I was trying to fall asleep.

Staff were wonderful, casino and restaurants were great. Parking garage was clean and safe. Bed was comfortable in the room.

Room was dirty, there was hair around the toilet and bathroom floor, hand prints on the glass in the shower, main, room was not vacuumed, cleaning staff also left a cleaning rag (bright green) in the room. For $350/night, I was not impressed. Not worth it, we don't gamble much and needed somewhere nice to stay for a concert downtown. Will not stay again.

Great location if you have a vehicle. Large rooms with great washroom/facilities.

Self park was a bit frustrating with constantly having to show your ID to navigate the casino floor to the hotel/front desk.

Atmosphere

The valet was very unorganized and very difficult to be able to check in. Me and my wife came in separate cars arrived at the same time they checked me in eight cars that came in later than me and checked her in 8 to 10 cars after I got checked in so it was a good 45 minutes before we even got to walk into the building.
