Its location and affordability. We were offered a very good rate for an apartment with five beds. We were also able to get to all venues easily from the property

The mattress on my bed was sagging and probably needs to be changed otherwise the beddings were really good quality and clean. I also like the fact that we had detergent to clean dishes available for us. we enjoyed our stay

The room was nice and spacious.

checking in was hard, had to walk about a quarter of a mile inside the facility while I left my car in the street to get to room and get the garage fob. the beds are old and creaky. toilets clog easily for some reason. don’t get me wrong, was worth the price but had its small frustrations

Ike was very accommodating and prompt. he was very helpful throughout. pool was great despite cold weather.

the place was clean but could use a few updates to make the stay exceptional. the carpet seemed very used, one bathtub seemed to be peeling and a towel rack loose.

The apartment was spacious, gated, and private. It looked nice and appeared mostly clean I think. Beds were comfortably.

Microwave not functional, it trips the breaker. Light and fan in living room stopped working after the first night. Some of the towels were dirty or stained, dishwasher smelled sour, and dish liquid separated which makes me question the cleanliness. Not a single essential in the pantry, not even salt packets. The plug-in air freshener, fabric softener, and I guess febreeeze used on everything were a bit overkill for me.

It’s big and clean. It has an excellent location.

The housing maintenance is a bit slow.

The unit was a bit worn out. The toilet broke in 2nd bathroom and toilet in master bathroom rock a little when you sat down on it. We had to kill a huge water bug, the bottom of the doors we're super dirty which made the whole unit look a bit dirty. My first stay back in May we had a 2 bedroom unit was very clean and not worn out.

Great location! Near to almost all activities we had. The apartment is spacey, we were a group of 6 friends and it fitted us just fine.

The pool’s water was dirty. At first glance it doesn’t seem so, but it left a horrible smell in our towels and bathing suits.

Location was excellent, close to all the attractions we wanted to see and close to heb/cvs/etc..

One of the rooms bed, bed on the left side has a huge dip. Also one of the rooms didn't get as cold as rest of apartment.

The pool was the only thing nice

The apartment wasn't clean properly,there was roaches, the apartment need to be updated, it also smelled like mildew. When I call the host he was helpful by offer to come clean the next day but me and my guess was uncomfortable with that because we wasn't there and didn't want noone around our stuff. Also I feel they company and booking.com didn't care when I complained I should have got a refund

I payed for a 3bed room apartment with 1 king size bed in 1 room, 2 queen beds in 1 room and 1 room with 2 full size beds and when I got there it was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full size beds in each room. The manager said he was going to refund me back $120 for false advertising and the cleaning not being good and never did. The walls were dirty. The covers had stains on them. The drawers were broke in the bathroom, the shower head was broke in one of the bathrooms. The manager named Mr.Ali was snappy when I told him the issues at first saying well I can cancel your room but it was Memorial Day weekend and I just had to keep it but then when he listened to what I was saying he was nice and apologized and said if I need anything let him know. Housekeeping never came out for the stained sheets and When I texted and asked them for 8 more towels they said for us to use the washer and dryer in the unit. Me and my friends went to Walmart and bought towels and laundry soap and washed their sheets and towels. Pretty much whatever duties housekeeping supposed to do they didn’t do at all.

The apartment was nice. The building location was good.

We arrived at night and we were not told what the unit # was. Parking was hard to figure out because we received no instructions. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.
