How spacious and cool it was, the hideaway bed was a big surprise! The view was awesome, and being on the 6th floor wasn't too high or low. Very quiet establishment as far as being able to hear anyone beside us or above us.

The parking was pretty good as far as being right across the street but the problem with that is everyone else uses this parking lot as a free parking establishment and it takes up all the spaces for the hotel guests. Also the carts to take things up and down were hard to maneuver.

The location has a great close view of the boardwalk. Great seashell finds. Lots of rare ones.

I want to speak positive, so I will say to hosts and restate agencies(Myrtle Beach)call me. Myself can guarantee you a cleaning to your properties front to back and top to bottom. I can give you your money's worth. I can get you those top ratings.

Couldn't smoke on balcony didn't have own access to beach the pillows sucked the showerhead sucks.

The space on balcony won't be back

The location was great and in the middle of everything you need. The tips given to help navigate your stay were very helpful. The room was a decent size. The staff were very friendly. They check up on you through text everyday to make sure you are ok and comfortable, even to be sure you made it home with your family alright after checkout. To me that was way above customer service and I felt my business was well appreciated. I will definitely use them again.

Too many rules governing the place. It kind of take away from the pleasure of enjoying the facility. The extra beddings for the sofa bed were dirty, so was the balcony.
