It was my wedding night and I decided to book here with my husband and the room was so hot. The Ac was not working. We were very uncomfortable

Bathroom smell bad

Hotel manager (who also worked the bar) was so amazing. He saw us waiting at bar late night and they were closing up. We sat in the hotel lobby and he gave us complimentary drinks! So pleasant!

Some of the staff not friendly. Asked one to take a photo of us in the lobby. He refused. Also our room was not ready when we arrived. And we needed to at an event in an hour - hs reunion. No other rooms available so they put us in a room that faced the air conditioning units. They did give us a credit, but we were required to use it at this hotel. We were leaving the next day back to Austin.

Lovely hotel in a great location. They have a really great gym and pool and we’re really helpful. The teenagers loved it.

Not much to dislike. One night we only got one Moon pie on our pillows. But since my husband gave it to me I can’t really complain.
