that I wasn’t aware of the $50 pet fee. Some hotels charge $15 others charge nothing. So I was surprised that I was not made aware by booking.com that there was a pet fee if it wasn’t a service animal.

The biscuits almost never last past 7:30, sometimes never there at all. The waffles are good but I don’t always have the time.

There were lots of little maintenance issues: tile lose in the bathrooms, knocks and bangs on furniture, stains on carpet. The toilet paper roll is in a very difficult place to reach; bad design. The red curtain divider was ugly when my grandmother used it on her Victorian couch and it’s still ugly today - get rid of it. The fancy/geometric carpet is kind of interesting but apparently shows stains very clearly; lots of stains all up and down the halls.

Pool was under maintenance. Room wasn't ready at 3pm so had to wait about 30 minutes after a long car ride was ready to relax

Towel holders were missing and filled in with caulking. Water damage in the corner causing the wallpaper to peel. The blinds wouldnt go all the way up.. lamp shade was missing. Sign said full housekeeping was every 5 days and light sweep would be done every day. There was no housekeeping at all during our 3 day stay. Breakfast was ok but had to wait on stocking of prepackaged food that you had to heat up. Pool was out of order. Was very disappointed as I have stayed in a Home2 Suites before and expected a great visit.

No
