Customer service from Yeash(sorry if not spell name correctly). Called ahead that i was running late and was very polite. Also when we got to our room the remote was not working n he came to fix it without any hesitation. To bad did not see him for the rest of stay. Loved his service to us. Loved the window shades... perfect black out. Need info on where purchased cause need for my house.

Location: Its kinda looked in a neighboorhood. Whem to corner store before heading back to hotel and alot of men hanging outside the entrance of store, that didnt look safe. Bed sheets and pillow cases where dirty. Breakfast:: super crowded need to be spread out more. Eggs tasted like burn n no flavor. Pool was too small. The back door was hard to open. The shower looked incomplete like still needed renovation n water facuet to shower hard to adjust the water. Not enough trash cans in room. Not enough channel selection. Need thicker blankets cause ac made it too cold in room. Bigger pillows.

our experience was perfect we got our room at an affordable price even during 4th of July, our room was cleaned as we arrived, beds were comfortable, with fresh clean sheets. breakfast had different options and very delicious. the pool was also clean, and we spent most of our time there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed since we arrived.

we don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. we wish we could had stayed more days.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The outside of the facility was well lit and appeared to be monitored regularly by the staff. The complimentary breakfast was well laid out and provided something for most any taste. Checking in and out was very easy and luggage carts made moving your belongings much easier.

I am disabled, although not mobility assisted quite yet. I had difficulty utilizing the toilet as it is very low to the floor. I had requested a room with a chair because I cannot sleep lying flat. The only chair other than a loveseat, was an uncomfortable desk chair. The room appeared clean although there were many permanent stains of rust and was poorly painted and caulked. There are, in fact cable stations available, but the lack of integration with the channel guide station made it tedious to locate shows easily. Outside by the pool area was pretty dirty and there was a great deal of bird droppings in the area.

The AC didn’t work good the temp they had it set at took hours to get room comfortable and the mattress had sink spots that were uncomfortable

Good location, kind staff, comfortable beds

It was dirty. The elevator. The floors. The walls. The room. It desperately needs a deep clean.
