Location was good , room had no hot water or water pressure for the shower . They switched us rooms and discounted us 20%, the new room barely had hot water as well. When I asked for a rye and Coke with lime at the bar on location they brought me a rye and. Ike with lemons , the second time I ordered I specified rye and Coke with lime they brought me lemons again .

I like that it is surrounded by nearby grocery, convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants.

The management of breakfast for guests. It is the first time that I have encountered with a Best Western facility that is not buffet style/self serve breakfast and with very lengthy wait (20-30 minutes wait) before the food could be served. But otherwise the dinning staff were courteous, considerate and punctual in getting our orders.

The location was great for a function I was attending. Room service was quick and polite.

I arrived at check in early (2:30pm) and was told my room wasn’t ready and to try after 4pm. Okay-no problem, I knew an early check in is not always a guarantee. We came back after 6pm and I had to wait in an hour long line up (yes I timed it) to check in. Received my key but when I got to the room, it did not work. Had to wait again for key to be re programmed- only they could t do that. They switched me rooms. Pool was dirty and maintenance men came in to clean the pool deck and sprayed cleaner and then hoses it off and into the pool, while scrubbing dirt? And spraying it all into the pool while my children and others were in it. Gross. Our dresser was uneven and the drawers kept coming open. Long wait for breakfast which was cold and hard when received.

The free breakfast was terrible, they make you wait for so long, they gave food in rations,1pc of bread,2-3 pcs of diced potatoes,1 sausage and boiled egg.. Our room was so hot that we can hardly sleep at all.

Front desk staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel’s location is very convenient.

They don’t payments by using either visa/mc debit or debit card. Just credit cards or cash. ATM next to reception is not reliable. TV didn’t work. HVAC system is deficient.

i like the price , i like the location, good value for your money! the only thing i didnt like was on our last night, our a/c was having issues. we were offered to move rooms though for better comfort , however i declined because i dont want to go through the hassle of moving our stuff to another room
