위치가 바로 버스터미널 앞인데 이게 올때는 아주 좋았음. 캐리어 끌고 다니기 빡치는 동네라서 캐리어를 끌고 다니는 여행객이라면 장점인 위치.. 처음올때 전기가 안되서 빡쳤지만 이건 남미가 원래 이러므로 괜찮았음.. 그리고 몇시간 있으니 다시 전기 됬음 ㅎ 그리고 공용부엌같은게 있긴 해서 여기서 뭐 해먹을 수도 있을듯.

조식 없는게 조금 아쉽 그리고 개비쌈. 환율 차이 때문이겠지만 예약할때 1박에 15만원 정도였던게 막상 결제할 때 현금내려고하니 20만원정도였음... 이건 뭐 아르헨티나 환율이 롤러코스터 중이었으니 그러려니 하겠지만 기분은 안좋았음ㅠ 근데 다른 숙소들은 원래도 1박에 20~30만원 정도였던 거 생각하면 여기가 그나마 가성비 숙소라는 점이 엘찰텐의 미친 물가를 말해줌

No está bien claro el concepto que quieren dar a este hospedaje. No hubo nada que nos haya gustado.

No funcionaba la calefacción, había fotos de desayuno en booking y información de desayuno en publicidad de bienvenida en la escalera de entrada, pero no había desayuno, no nos recibió nadie, nos informaron por mensaje de WhatsApp que la llave estaba en la habitación, sin info de horarios, que podiamos usar, que no, como nos manejabamos, sin info de la ciudad ( uno cuando se hospeda va a " su casa " en la localidad turística, y debería ser recibido por los locales, facilitandole la estadía ). Cuando hicimos consultas específicas no fueron muy claros o la negaron ( una reserva para su restaurante para noche buena por ejemplo ) . Fuimos a cocinar y no había olla, ni utensilios adecuados como abre latas. Internet funcionaba muy para atrás. Un día nos hicieron la habitación, otra no. En fin, desagradable estadía si bien el lugar no es feo Vos podes tener lo mejor edilicio, pero si lo humano falla de nada sirve. Aquí fallo con creces la humanidad hacia el turista.

The host was wonderful. Very lovely and attentive, helped me with planning my day and even gave me a thermos for a picnic in a suggested location by her. Location is good and a great view of the Fitz Roy mountain from the window.

The stairs were uncomfortable with the suitcase, but not sure the town has many places with elevators. The room was a bit dark but really that's not too bad at all.

Comfortable room that was a little larger than we expected (we had the Maestri room). And a sensational view from the window of FitzRoy and the surrounding torres. Sensational. And to top it off, Lulu was an amazing help.

The staph is amaizing. The location is perfect, near the bus station and at the main road with great views of Fits Roi. Breakfast was good and tasty. Room was comfortable. Shared area is very nice and useful. The restaurant that belongs to the same owners has delucious food and lovely service

We were in the Fava room which has no view from the room (but we could use the shared area for that). There was a noise from the restaurant's kitchen during the evening. The water in the shower were hot but not always hot enough

Good location, great service, great room with Fitz Roy view.

Wifi was really slow. That is the only negative point.

The staff was beyond amazing. Andrea helped us like a mother would help her children. She is such a beautiful person.

They prepare the breakfast very early for the people who wants to start the hike early in the morning The restaurant has vegan options and it was delicious The bed was clean and very comfortable Wifi works in the room You can leave your luggage&bags after the check out

There is no fridge or kettle in the room but you can use the fridge in the common area
