Location close to Disney sea and Disneyland, room was tight didnt expect tight room , good for 2 people. breakfast was great didnt expect to pay cash had to look for ATM.

no shuttle for recreation such as shuttle to Disneyland or Disney sea. They shuttle to Train station,

Schoon, alles voor handen. Pyama, scheermesje, tandenborstel, shampoo, conditioner. Redelijk kleine kamers, heel efficiënt ingericht. 7/11 en Lawson dichtbij.

Inchecken wel grappig. Denk zeker voor kleinere kinderen, maar hotel zonder personeel heeft ook wat onpersoonlijk gevoel. Geen lekkere, leuke restaurants dichtbij. Bedden vrij hard, en de kinderen vonden kussen niet lekker.

Had free shuttle bus to Disneyland /maihama station Loved the Dinosaur checking us in. Great to have hygiene accessories on offer. Great location for many supermarket snd eateries in walking distance.

There was a lot of variety for breakfast but guess as I’m from uk I like a choice of cereals. Had cornflakes one day on offer and the other cocoa pops which I can’t stand.

Fantastic location! Great shuttle too and from near the Disney parks, fun quirky check in with dinosaurs, amenities in the room and in the reception so there is everything you may need which is fab! Convenience stores close by, and vending machines, microwaves available in the hotel too. Room was a great size and came with everything you need.

The little robot in the room was very difficult to switch off - needs a button to turn off completely if not wanted.

トイレとバスが別で良かった。 お風呂場には体を洗うスペースがあって快適だった。

部屋にスティックコーヒー等のサービスがあれば良かった。

ドリア美味しかった　恐竜の演出に大人も子供も大興奮で楽しめた！ 部屋も清潔感がありマッサージ機や便利な家電が揃っていて素敵だし 変化していく事を約束するホテルというのもすごく素敵だなって思った

ビュッフェスタイルだからしょうがないですが スタッフが料理の残り状況をこまめにチェックしているのと 料理をとっていく導線や順番が分かりづらかったので(決まっていなくても譲り合えるモチベーションのお客様だけが集まっていれば問題ないのですが)落ち着かなかったです でも混雑する時間を前もって掲示してくれていてやっぱり素敵だなと思いましたが 変化を約束するホテルとうたっていたので勝手に期待してしまいました 皆様の苦労も知らずすみません 心地よく過ごさせて頂きました！！応援してます！また行きます！

他のホテルには無いとてもユニークなものが置かれており、フロントの恐竜たちが圧巻だった。 自動販売機も自分の部屋の階にあったりととても便利で、お風呂もトイレと別で清潔感もあり、とても良かった！ また宿泊したい！

The breakfast buffet is excellent. A super fun hotel and very conveniently located.

恐竜が受付にいたり、面白い趣向だと感じました。

セルフでのチェックインなので、人への問い合わせなどがしにくかった。

ロボホンが子ども達とクイズしたり遊んでくれて楽しんでくれたので良かったです！恐竜が案内してくれるのも斬新で面白かったです。

子ども用のガウン等があるといいなと思いました。

部屋グレードアップしてくれていました。幼児が子供いたから助かりました。

泊まってみて部屋は清潔感がありとても快適でした。 アイスと飲み物の自販機があったり、朝食もとても美味しかったです！

ホテルのチェックインでわかりにくくい所があったのでもう少しわかりやすいようにしたいです。

The rooms were pretty good. Facilities were decent. Located in a reasonably accessible position for public transit to local attractions like Tokyo Disneyland & Disney Sea. Convenience stores were close by and very handy.

The robot reception whilst a cute gimmick, are not terribly helpful if check-in / check-out is not straightforward, Guests often had to ring for assistance. Food options for breakfast, which was expensive, were not very accommodating of Western tastes / diets. The location was not in easy walking distance of local attractions or a selection of eateries.

Clean and comfortable. Great theming. A bit of a walk from the station and to/from Disney Parks, but they do have shuttle buses too.

I liked how different it was from all the other hotels I had stayed at on our month long trip in Japan

The room was of average size our room just smelt like extreme body odour.

Dinosaur themed, check in with the dinosaur entertaining, easy to get to Disneyland and DisneySea with the hotel courtesy bus, clean and comfortable

The dinosaurs are unique.

Not enough space inside the room. We have luggages and it was really so hard to move inside the room with very little space. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday.
