Great Kabab factory the resturant in the property was awesome & the service was excellent.

Wifi started getting slow at night. Power outage at night was disturbing as the backup kicked in with a bang.

Food...Breakfast & Dinner was the only saving grace to this Resort.

Staff attitude was bad. Not accomodative. Not welcoming at check in. Were felt as if we are buden to the staff.

Breakfast was good. Pleasent t stay! Staff was so good. Even had great complimentary meals for infant and infant milk. So impressed.

The food at the restaurant for dinner was mediocre and priced too high.

The property is beautiful with amazing rooms. Also the staff is very hospitable and quick. All in all no complaints about the place

Our personal Villa was amazing!

The staff was very, very slow to respond. They often did not even understand what we were requesting. We’d call and ask for something, and it would never get sent to the room. We would constantly get harassed to provide feedback, but they neither understood nor acted on the feedback. The chef at the restaurant came specifically looking for feedback but argued with every comment we made. That staff just did not meet the mark at all. It was so far off in terms of value for the amount we spent. There’s no match when comparing with a similar Marriott property.

Location, closeness to the beach, rooms, staff The property does not have access to the beach directly, you need to walk about half a kilometer to reach, but the beach was clean and amazing

Breakfast - Needs serious improvement. Dinner@The Great Kabab Factory: - food was great, service was bad. It looks poor when a guest has to ask repeatedly to get the food.

The service from every staff member was excellent. I would partially like to thank Vimal, Amit and Arijit in the resturant, they took great care of our family. The chef was incredibly helpful and suggested great dishes that were cooked and presented perfectly. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, sorry chef. The breakfast chef made the best dosa I tasted while travelling in many areas of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. The room was very comfortable, very stylish, very large, and very clean. The pool was the best of our whole trip. Easy 5 minute walk to Eden beach was also a great part of our stay.

It would be unfair to say that I didn't like this but if I could make one suggestion it would be to have ceiling fans in the games room / area. As a visitor from Europe that finds the heat and humidity difficult to spend time in we would have spent more time in the games room and would enjoyed the time we did spend more. One more comment: The white ball on the snooker table had more craters than the surface of the moon! You also have 2 x "12" balls which makes playing tricky. New balls would be a good for the enjoyment of playing.

Food was excellent. The choices offered were very good. The staff was gentle and very helpful.

I found the cost to be on the high side.

Location is far from the centre of town and there are no restaurants nearby. Eden beach is nearby but everything else is far. And the taxi rates are pretty high and it's not easy to book one either.

It's a very humid place in summer and there were no fans in any of the recreation rooms or reception area . Had a tough time as we were sweating profusely and could not play Table tennis or any other sport because of the humidity.Cant understand why this basic facility is missing even after charging pretty steep for the stay. The high tea is a big let down. Tea is bad and they don't bother to refill the items and even provide chairs for guests to sit and eat. Breakfast is decent.

Radisson Pondicherry is very close to Eden beach, over look and feel of the property is good.

The check in and check out was inconvenient. Also there is one suggestion why to give new plastic water bottles every time some ask for it. It's a waste of money as well as polluting the environment, a simple RO plant and refillable bottles are more environment friendly and save a lot of money.
