Excellent location Sultanahmet area, ten minutes tram station, five to Metro. Used tram three times a day to see, six days, all major sights near Aya Sofia & faraway Dolma Bahee Palace. Metro to experience dusk to dawn nightlife of Beyoglu & exit to Istanbul airport. Also 15 minutes walking to Grand Bazaar. Good restaurants & money changers walking distance from hotel. Saw all major sights using Istanbul 7 day E pass, great value for money. Pass for transfer from the airport at arrival, as many as 13 major sights, golden horn cruise, Turkish dinner cruise. All tram, metro, ferry travel by Istanbul travel card. Superb mosque view room, outstanding breakfast, indoor swimming pool, Sauna, all included in tariff.

Reception staff not cooperative about advice on places to see & how to reach there. No advice on Istanbul travel card.

The breakfast could be more diverse being a 4 stars hotel! The location was great !

Le rapport qualité-prix L'emplacement quartier Fatih endroit animé, beaucoup de restaurants et shopping, vous allez directement à taksim en prenant le métro qui est à 200 mètres et sultanhamet en tram (station laleli) La propreté des chambres, rien a dire , c'était très propre. Nous avons apprécié les assiettes de fruits proposées gracieusement dans notre chambre. Les différents services proposés, piscine (attention bonnet obligatoire!), restaurant, petit dej(buffet)..c'est un très bel hôtel avec tous les services pour passer de très belles vacances. Merci à tous et à bientôt inchallah 😉

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Personal war nicht aufdringlich wie in anderen Hotels, es hat nicht versucht einem irgendwelche überteurten Touristenattraktionen anzudrehen.

Das Hotel is definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, ein neuer Teppich oder neue Siliconfugen würde fürs Erste reichen. Zimmer war zur Straße ausgerichtet, dementsprechend sehr laut. Schallisollierte Fenster würden Abhilfe schaffen. Trotz allem würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

this property is in e perfect location, near to the main attraction and 10min walking grand pazar. This property helps a lot their customer and orient a lot for the main thing to do and how. i liked a lot the pool and in the afternoon we went there with my little boy to chill out. They clean every day and all the people are very helpful

I heard too much about it from friends and all was perfect like expected : location , spa area, breakfast and big thanks to all staff specially Monia the guest relation she was all time there to help with adresses and information and all time smiling also sercan and ilhami and Hakan , perfect team work .. thank you for all your help and good energy ✌️❤️

Nothing to complain about

The location was excellent. I really appreciated having the option of sitting at an outside pavement table with a street scene to view and a beautiful mosque opposite. The rooftop bar at night again had beautiful exotic views of part of the city. Breakfast was excellent and impressively managed by the staff who were most efficient. All the staff were helpful and courteous.

SLow internet, old hotel need renovation

Everything was fine,lively hotel and good staff attitude. Rooms were kept clean and tidy daily. Nice rooftop restaurant with lovely views of the local mosque Perfect size indoor pool.

Fitness room machines are outdated and do not work well. Breakfast is same daily, juice is too watered down and kids didn't like it. Noisy when trying to sleep at night,traffic is loud and windows do not block the noise.

So I visited Istanbul for the first time, I travelled here with my family from the UK. Upon arrival, we we’re greeted by one of the members of staff who helped us with our many luggages. We were then checked in and to our rooms, we had booked two triple rooms and it was great. The reins has a fresh, fragrant smell one in and the aesthetics was very pleasant and presentable. We were given a great view of a mosque and the street where the hotel was located which was stunning for pictures. The bathroom was also very neat and clean. Breakfast was exceptional with many varieties do you are spoiled for choice. The facilities at the hotel is what makes its very great, the pool was grand and perfect as we used for a swim. We also paid to have a traditional Turkish hammam and it’s was amazing, sadly I couldn’t get the names of the wonderful ladies down there who did a superb job. Up the road from where the hotel is there are soo many restaurants and shops to choose from that are very nice and convenient to walk to and from. The staff are extremely helpful is all the different departments of the hotel as well as the reception. I would highly recommend if you are planning to come to Istanbul. I would gladly book again for sure! :)

Not too much to complain but a few of the hot foods served could be slightly warmer at breakfast (maybe as I’m used to piping hot you see). Apart from that nothing to amend really.
