L'affitto camere nasce all'interno di un palazzo storico ben tenuto in una posizione rispetto al centro storico abbastanza vantaggiosa per chi vuole visitare Napoli e le sue bellezze
La camera non era, a mio avviso, presentabile. Di seguito le problematiche riscontrate e subito denunciate al gestore ma senza nessun intervento durante il soggiorno.
1. Tazza water e coperchio rotti rendendo difficile l'uso dello stesso
2. Climatizzatore non erogava area calda anche se programmato a 29/30 gradi
3. Presenza di cibo sul pavimento da noi non consumato in stanza...anche dopo le 'pulizie'
4. Doccione non funzionare. L'acqua usciva dalla parte superiore in corrispondenza dell'attacco del tubo
5. Piatto doccia non sigillato con presenza di parti ammalorate e ammuffite.
6. Non siamo riusciti ad avere la ricevuta del pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno in quanto il sito indicato non era funzionante e, a pagamento fatto in struttura alla colf, la stessa non aveva possibilità di emetterla
7. In foto il minifrigo sembrava avere possibilità di bevande a pagamento ..ma era vuoto
Per 2 notti abbiamo provato a gestire con soluzioni alternative.
Un vero peccato in quanto la struttura nella sua parte dell'ingresso si presenta bene e potrebbe essere un vero punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli

The elevator had to be paid for and yet because we didn’t have specifically 20 cent coins it wouldn’t work with two 10 cent coins and it kept our money. When we checked-in and were given the “key” for the elevator it didn’t work and so we always had to use the stairs and there was also no one available that could give us another one.

Easy to access with the no-contact codes and close to the station
The central station area is really degraded... Not a good neighbourhood at all, not recomendable. If you can, avoid it. The place was not really clean (things had been left from the previous user on the fridge and nobody cleaned it, the shower was dirty...) and the bed was really soft, quite uncomfortable. The price was high for the services provided but it was August, so everybody takes advantage of it.

The room size is great, great facilities, and a good location, in the center and fee minutes from the trains station
The breakfast is not the same as in the photos, they will give you a voucher and you go to a coffee shop nearby, and you got one drink and one food option

The room was spacious, modern, and nicely designed. The mini fridge and large HDTV worked perfectly, and the bathroom was also modern. The WiFi worked splendidly. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lively Corso Umberto I in Naples, providing a lovely view from the third floor.
The property’s central location was incredibly convenient. All the major tourist attractions were within a 20-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city on foot. For those who preferred other transportation options, there were bus and metro stations just a few minutes away.
The door to the balcony on the inside of the apartment couldn't be fully closed due to a damaged lock. This caused two problems: the door couldn't effectively block street noise, making it challenging to fall asleep with the noise from cars on Corso Umberto I at night, and it affected the air conditioning's efficiency, resulting in the room being too warm to sleep comfortably.
Another issue I encountered was the presence of mold along the shower screen in the bathroom, which could be easily addressed with proper cleaning. Lastly, the bed was quite hard and not very comfortable, which impacted the overall quality of sleep during my stay.
Despite these drawbacks that can make sleeping quite uncomfortable, I believe that if these issues are resolved (and I reckon the lock and mold are quite easy to fix), this property has the potential to be a near-perfect choice for a stay in Naples.

Fairly convenient to railway station and airport bus
No staff to talk to as self check in and check out
Lift wasn’t working so having to walk up and down 3 floors especially with suitcases was very difficult

Property was very close to train station and a short walk from the touristic streets.it was up on a very busy street but noise was not a problem. To get the keys was not very hard, had to ring the bell of the property and they would let you in. The lady there was not speaking English, but the other person the next morning on the check out was. He was very friendly. Breakfast is not in the facility, but in a cafe few meters out. Had only a choice of a drink and sth small to eat, as a croissant or donut.
Toilet was not working properly. The water in the toilet was running the whole time.

The owner was nice, the room was big and the B&B was close to the train station.
Our arrival was a bit tricky, but it could be that we didn't read well the instructions before going and also couldn't tell the exact time of arrival, but we were a bit confused which floor the B&B was located and noticed that the elevator doesn't work without a "key", luckily for us a neighbour came after us and helped us with the elevator and told on which floor it is.

Large room, good value. Convenient for airport and station. Allowed baggage storage for the day and self check in as we were very late from the airport.

Great accommodation, in the centre, five minutes walk from the main train station. Apartment in a historic house. Everything worked great and the arrangement with the owner was absolutely great. On our arrival he arrived within ten minutes and showed us around and explained everything helpfully. We stayed in a clean and fairly large room with a private bathroom with a window facing the next street, so we were not disturbed by the noise on the main street. Breakfast was in the cafe next door and we had a choice of excellent croissants and coffee. After checking out we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up later. We had a great time during our four days in Naples, and thanks to the excellent location of the B&B, we could easily walk everywhere. Great accommodation, we would love to return again. Stefano is a lovely and very friendly host.
Well, they could paint before next season, there were already a lot of smudges on the walls from previous guests. Otherwise everything was great and functional.

The staff was very kind and the location was good-close to the central station. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe, which served local food.
The shower was dirty and not running properly. The duvet was not put into a sheet and was obviously not washed. Sheets, though were clean.

Central location, easy walking distance to Garibaldi station, very close to old city. Generous and comfortable room, large and clean bathroom. The included breakfast consists of a good coffee and pastry at a nearby café. Stefano welcomed us when we arrived, he was nice and friendly.
Although the room is quite clean and comfortable, the walls of the double room in which we stayed were extremely dirty, in clear need of a paint. The table and chairs in the room seemed very old and used. I think that changing the table and chairs with newer ones and repainting the walls would definitely improve the appearance of the room.
