The flat is in a great location, next to a mall with an upmarket food hall, a tram stop, a large supermarket and good restaurants within walking distance. The view of the sea from the bedroom is wonderful. The staff member - Muhammad was attentive and helpful if I needed help with anything, he went out if his way to be helpful. This flat is perfect for a group of four.

the reception is excellent: thanks to Mohammed. He cares and asks to help Amy time you need him. the apartment is very clean with clean towels, sheets, kitchen dishes and floors. very close from everything very safe with security onboard

property was perfectly situated with everything we could need. it was a typical Egyptian apartment but modernised enough to suit western visitors. and really importantly the views are great and the building feels very secure

Excellent sea view , excellent facilities available in the appartments specially what available in the kitchen , facilities related to the location beside san stefano mull and cinema and hyper market and Teram . Special thanks as many as other guests goes to Mr. Mohamed for his great attitude and support and for Ms.. Nada for her great follow up . Highly recommended to revisit again .

-location -our host was really kind , he helped us with everything we needed (one friend have stayed 1 night for free, we left our luggages for many hours at the reception, our host wanted to help us with the laundry because of the broken washing machine) - view was amazing - air conditioners (3 of them)

- really smelly sofas in front of TV - broken washing machine - our host CAME IN without inform us!!!! This is unacceptable. He sent me message, I said we are not there and he just came in without info.

Perfect choice, everything was very clean, .with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The apartment is located near the tram There are several supermarkets in this area as well as restaurants. san stifano tram station is also very close. If I come to Alex another time, I like to stay here again." Good value apartment and very friendly staff. The room was large and although not too fancy it was clean and comfortable. In consclusion, the view from the balcony is more than amazing thank you mr. Mohamed and also thank you hassan for the parking

There was no safety bars in any of the windows and the mosquito net was torn The kitchen appliances were dirty The living room couch was wet and smelly poor wifi connection the bathroom and kitchen had poor quality liquid soap and very bad toilet paper the sheets in all the rooms were smelly and had hair on them, we had to buy our own sheets the 2nd bathroom was stinky and dirty
