Pool was ok, beack was clean, BED was comfortable, food didn't have that many choices but it was good

Hotel doesn't have that many amenities, at the pool you can hardly hear the music, no pool party, nothing to do past 10 pm..boring but if you here to rest..this is the place.

Struttura molto datata non corrispondente alle foto inserite. Una piscina chiusa da oltre un anno per pavimentazione da rifare. Animazione proprio al limite della decenza. Ristorante “Trattoria “ dove puoi prendere una sola portata mentre la seconda la devi pagare ( é un All Inclusive!!!). Sicuramente non vale il prezzo pagato

Las almohadas olían a sudor al igual que el colchón (muy fuerte) Las llaves de apertura molestaron en varias ocasiones tanto que tuvo que ir un personal con un aparato. El baño era muy distinto a las imágenes A parte la habitación que reserve era superior con vista al jardín y me dieron una en planta baja.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante los días de nuestra estadía. El personal de administración, limpieza, de los bares, restaurantes y seguridad nos atendió de manera excelente. La comida y servicios del lugar son muy buenos. La playa limpia y agradable.

Lo que mejoraria es la animacion,colocar musica para bailar y asi poder compartir con diferentes personas que estan viajando.

Nothing, I arrived on Saturday and the staff told me I couldn't pay by transaction because it was a Saturday and the accounting department didn't work on these days after I called and they told me I could pay in that way, my parents arrived first and check the restaurant and they find molondron and eggplant

the installation looks old and dirty, it didn't look like a resort at all, the place is so different from what you see on the pictures, is too ugly.

The staff of the hotel was so nice. They were all very kind.

The food was Ok but nothing special. At night the hotel had almost no activity. There was no party, no good music,...

Very nice hotel...needs to update a few things to make a excellent. The hotel is getting older needs paint, plaster the pool, and update the pool tables. Needs more entertainment at night

Property location was good, beach was nice and there were many guards all around the entire property including the beach.

Room was gross, shower was clogged, towel service you had to turn in and get a card each day, resort itself if very old and outdated. Buffet and restaurant close from 2:30 to 6:30PM and all you can get is pizza and hotdogs during this time. No entertainment other than for 2-3 hours during the day. We booked 4 days, only stayed 1 night. Not worth it.

I loved the quietness of the resort. It was so relaxing! It's also a beautiful resort and the beach is amazing. It's a perfect place to be away from the world and rejuvenate. Also the ocean view was lovely! The Ala carte restaurant has some good options like the quesadillas and fajitas on Mexican night. I heard the carbonara on the Italian night is really good too.

The rooms are not modern. I wish they were more updated. If so, they would be more comfortable. The rooms make it feel like it is a motel, but when you leave the room you're at this gorgeous resort. The food could also be better. The buffet is not the best.

place is very old and needs a new owner. outdated furniture, bedding and needs maintenance the room had so kind of strange odor i believe coming from a/c., and not internet in the rooms only lobby etc. nice location but way behind in compare with other resorts. Food terrible and cold, bars stools not existing so order your drink and go practically. Staff lack of knowledge of what is going on in the hotel, and vendors allowed very annoying. I had 5 days reservation and ended up checking out following day. Value for the money i’ll say terrible maybe 2 starts

Just the staff and they were sadly aware of the circumstances and with my decision to leave the hotel 4 days earlier. Everything else terrible.

we were here 10 years ago 3 times in a row and we thought that today the hotel would be up to date- but everything was the same as 10 years ago- like the music was the same for the baby show- the games were the same- at least 10 years ago there were troups coming from outside the hotel for some good shows- now there are no good shows- we were very disappointed -

The buffet had so many choices and it was never very busy when I was there. I liked the self serve coffee machines in the lobby. There were lots of sun loungers available when I was there. I loved my seaside balcony for a very small upgrade in price. The patio was excellent. 2 curtain types was nice. Quiet resort and never had any problems sleeping. Well maintained and cleaned property. Quiet and easy to sleep and relax.

The gym is in a pretty rough shape. The pulley system/s don't work, there are no dumbbells and the bars and weights are rusty. The snack bar was limited to pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers. It would have been nice to have some fruits and healthier options available. The mark up on the resort convenience store items seemed disgustingly high; they wanted $12 USD for a tube of Colgate, toothpaste. And the resort is not conveniently located to go anywhere else.

The food was quite good and most staff members were very nice and friendly, especially the little man making omelets. Just some bartenders and waiters were unwilling to work, with Ivan in the restaurant being the worse staff member around since he was only talking super loud with his colleagues but unwilling to even take a picture when we asked him kindly to do so. Thankfully we stayed in many other resorts around otherwise we would have left DR with a very dirty taste in our mouth.

During our visit in DR we stayed at 5 different resorts and this one was by far the worse we stayed at. Actually, you can't even call this a resort, it is more of a camping site. The whole environment looks old and is in serious need of renovation, the beach was incredibly dirty without anyone cleaning it, and even in the restaurant staff members didn't want to bring drinks to the tables (except for locals) unlike in any other resort around within the same price range. It felt like poverty and this 'resort' is classless compared to any other we stayed at in the same neighborhood.

The personnel was awesome. The cleanness excellent. The quality and variance in the buffet food excellent.

The mattress was hard for me.
