Room was clean when we arrived & the staff clean the room everyday when we go out Nice location since it's near the airport & ocean road, you can def enjoy ocean view within 10 minutes drive from hotel They also have shampoo & body wash in bathroom which is quite nice (not like a little one we usually have in another hotel)

Would love more if they have plastic bag in the waste bin, there was no bag in the trash can so we need to find one by ourself to hold the trash But its just a minor add-on (optional) though, everything was perfect.

Value for money. Rooms were reasonable size. Close to the Dongmun traditional market (10 mins walk) and almost 20 mins walking distance to the black pork street. Good housekeeping- rooms were tidied and made up everyday

Reception staff. Very unfriendly and reluctant to attend to queries. We had a kettle missing in our room and upon a request to get one the receptionist handed one in a very rude manner. Upon queries reg: transportation, the receptionist just provided vague information and body language indicated to be very unwilling to talk to us though we had someone who could speak good Korean too. Upon query reg: an iron, the receptionist just pointed towards the basement of the hotel with no lights on. *All queries/request were made at a quiet time when no other hotels guests were present in the lobby.

Centric hotel, lots of places to eat around and small convenience stores. Room was quiet and well maintained. Small but has everything you need.

Air conditioner was loud but nothing too serious.

Hotel was very comfortable and wasn't far from the market

No staff before check-in, made it hard to leave luggage
