Location is very near the business district, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant, school and chruch. Public transportation is available 24/7.

Room smell so stinky. Pillows and beddings are so old and not comfortable to use. Hotel manager and 95% of staff are not trained to accommodate guest inquiries and hotel services are substandard. Parking are full during our stay. Lower Ground parking has all the garbages of the hotel it looks so dirty and its all over the area. Ewwww!! Overall review 2/10. Never book your stay here.

The staff are very accomodating.

Even though we made a reservation and full payment online with a confirmation number but they make it difficult for us to check in unless you provide an authorization letter from the person who booked you the room from his/her account so strict and unprofessional you guys should learn about customer retention and customer satisfaction and considerate that people came from a long trip to relax not to hassle so disappointed! Plus dirty rooms with a lot of cockroach!!!

The WiFi was good. Shower was good

TV on wall but didn't work. Safe locked and couldn't be used. Breakfast was cold rice and a boiled egg. Sound from lift all night

The room was much smaller than mentioned on the booking page. The aircon in the first room was spoilt and loud like a steam hammer. In the second room the toilet flushing did not work properly. The booking page states continental breakfast included. But delivered to the room was local food with rice, scrambled egg and corned beef or chicken sausage. Only one small cup of coffee served. Only one chair in a double room, so had to take breakfast in bed.
